I needed to replace a vent in my bathroom. The first item was faulty and it was replaced straight away. The process was very smooth. Premium courier service (FedEx and Dpd) and competitive prices.

Purchased an arcbox it was delivered…
Purchased an arcbox it was delivered the following day. There was an issue with slight damage which was caused by delivery driver not shop 4 electrical contacted about damage replaced free of charge following day.
