Have ordered twice from them - Renusol solar panel rail brackets. Both occasions the delivery was quick. Well priced and easy to use. Site supports PayPal and ApplePay which makes it easy. Would use again and thumbs up.

Took 9 days to receive the delivery
Took 9 days to receive the delivery, it was delivered in two parts. Note this was a length off 20mm electrical mini trunking and a surface mounted box, nothing special or difficult. As I needed these bits for a customer job I ended up having to source elsewhere as order still hadn’t been completed after a week. I had completed the job by the time the second part of the delivery arrived.

Apologies for the delay with your order. Due to the mini trunking being 3 metres long we used Fedex. It appears they use a third party courier in the Paisley area and their service clearly wasn't up to standard.

Extensive stocks at hand
Had what I needed in stock, was all of good quality at a good price, best bit was next day delivery! The delicate goods were well packaged but not excessively so!

Fedex delivery very poor
The only problem was with Fedex and the delivery. The notified time slot was 9.40 - 13.40. The delivery was split into two and the first part arrived at 9.00. At 13.30 I got a message telling me the rest of the delivery, all the fittings, was delayed until the following Monday, any time up to 8 pm. I then went out and on my return the box was on my front doorstep!
I expect rubbish service from Evri, but not Fedex.
That said I was happy with the ordering process and the speed of despatch.

Truly 5* friendly & fast service!

Complete lack of communication.
Complete lack of communication.
I purchased 21 solar panels 24th June and was told they will be in stock August 12th. No problem.
10th August I call to ask when they will be delivered and they told me 13th or 14th no problem.
I don't hear anything so call on the 13th and they tell me they'll get back to me. They didnt.
I call again on the 14th and they tell me they will be delivered on the 18th. Bit crap but whatever.
I havent heard anything from them so call again on the 18th and they say it will be the 19th. Basically they havnt got a f*cing clue and making it up.
On the 19th I get a text from a company who I dont know and have to Google and see its a solar supplier to tell me I will be getting a delivery on the 20th.
The delivery company was great but Shop4 Electrical couldnt of been a worse company to deal with.
