Im still waiting for my order
Im still waiting for my order. They delivered the caps for my trunking but I'm still waiting for FedEx to deliver the rest of the trunking
Couldn't wait much longer so I bought an alternative from a local merchant. Can't recommend based on this service.

I bought the Portland fireplace from…
I bought the Portland fireplace from shop4electrical as it was cheaper than anywhere else. I did have to wait a little longer because it was being delivered on a pallet. I had checked out as a guest but perhaps should have created an account for a large delivery at the time of ordering because I couldn't track it so I created an account but then it didn't include my order so I still couldn't track it. I emailed shop4electrical and did receive prompt replies. They told me the name of the pallet company so I rang them but my order had been delayed because it was taken back from Wales to London for some unknown reason. I did phone them again on the new delivery day and was given a delivery window of a couple of hours so that was fine. I've given shop4electrical 5 stars because they did respond in a very reasonable time and I'm very pleased with the fireplace, many thanks.

Let down by delivery company who just left cable under my van on the drive. Could have easily been stolen.
