My second time of using a brilliant customer service it was on a small order, but I left out some details on the order and within minutes I had a polite phone call to confirm and correct a mistake that I had made Thankyou to that staff member.

Excellent service from Shop4Electrical.
Very pleased to have come across Shop4Electrical. It took some research to find a PIR wall light in white, in the style that I was looking for. A couple of companies took my order only to say the lamps were no longer available in white! The lamps from Shop4Electrical were ordered, in white, and received very promptly. They are up and working, exactly as expected. Very happy with my purchase.

I contacted the company, as I wasn’t sure about the item that I needed to replace an existing light fitting. They were very helpful and confirmed what I needed. They advised that they would have to order the item in, as they didn’t have it in stock. Three days later, they advised that it in stock. I phoned to request an alternative delivery address, as I was going away for a few days. Once again, so very helpful and accommodating. Great customer service!!
