Game changer …
I have owned a variety of different luggage over the years but since using the sky flite Sky pack bags I won't use another case again. They are absolutely brilliant for holidays and travelling, very lightweight - so great for budget airlines who charge a fortune to take bags on planes, extremely hard wearing, mine have taken plenty of knocks over they years, and they fold away into a packing cube so no bulky suitcases to store in your hotel bedroom either. There are a game changer.

Amazing 24 hour service
I ordered a cabin case for my wife yesterday afternoon and Lucy at Customer services was so helpful in advising me. I wanted to match it to a new large case I had purchased a couple of weeks ago.
The case arrived within 24hrs from ordering online. It complements the large one beautiful. I could not have asked for better service from Lucy, the company and Parcelforce. Well done to everyone a great team effort

Still Going Strong After 6+ Years
I’ve had my Skyflite suitcase for over 6 years now and it’s still holding up incredibly well. I live in Switzerland and travel regularly for work and holidays—it’s been through airports, train stations, cobbled streets, you name it.
The wheels roll smoothly, the handle’s solid, and the shell hasn’t cracked or warped despite some rough handling. It’s lightweight, easy to pack, and just really reliable. Honestly, for the price, the quality is amazing. Would definitely buy Skyflite again!

Have recently bought skyflite soft shell suitcase which I like apart for inside straps placed away from sides which makes it difficult to fasten them without pulling on clothes. Am I doing something wrong when packing.

Excellent Quality and stylish design - highly recommend SkyFlite Luggage.
I have been a loyal customer of SkyFlite for many years. My previous suitcase was from their Dolomite range, and it has travelled all over the world with me – from Penang and Cascais in Portugal, to Florida and Alicante, just to name a few. I usually go away at least three times a year, and the suitcase has never let me down.
The quality is excellent, the design is both stylish and practical, and the durability is outstanding. I have had that suitcase for over five years, and it is still going strong. The only reason I am upgrading is because my daughter borrowed it and has yet to return it – and it is looking unlikely that she ever will!
I have just purchased a matching set from the Plasma range for myself and my husband, and I am so impressed with the new designs. They are modern, lightweight, and easy to handle. I absolutely recommend SkyFlite suitcases – they are reliable, well-made, and great value for money.

Very disappointing
Just been to store for full refund. Bought 2 suitcases Feb 2025 for 4 week trip in March 2025. The lock on one broke after a couple of weeks and then the wheel had come off when we retrieved it from the carousel on our return. The internal zip puller came off the second case, rendering that compartment useless. I am glad I reported the issue with the lock to the store where we purchased the suitcases when it happened, as the wheel subsequently came off. The poor wheels seem to be the responsibility of the airline!!! The store had a notice on the till counter pointing this out- any damage occurring during transport is not covered by the guarantee. Very disappointing.

At Skyflite, our 5-year guarantee covers manufacturing defects only. As outlined in our policy, accidental damage, transit damage, and general wear and tear are not covered.
We appreciate you reporting the lock issue early and are glad the store was able to process a refund. Please note that transit damage is not covered under guarantee, which is standard across the industry.

Recently purchased a lovely suitcase as my carry on for a weekend trip in amsterdam and was worried as i was flying with easy jet. However came across this company as recommended by a friend and i was able to fit so much into the suitcase and it was the perfect fit for the requirements! Poor quality suitcase
Like too many others, I wish I'd read these reviews before buying a large hard-shell suitcase. After the first journey by air the material around the zip has torn, the built-in lock was broken and the case was almost useless. Yes it is the fault of the airline company (Emirates) but nevertheless suitcases should be able to withstand the kind of handling they get.

All our products come with a 5-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. However, damage caused by airline handling is unfortunately not covered under our guarantee, as is standard across the luggage industry.
We always recommend reporting any damage to the airline as soon as possible, as they may be able to assist with compensation or replacement.

Great Customer Service! While on holiday, I forgot the combination to my Skyflite suitcase and was worried I’d be stuck. I called Skyflite’s customer service, and they quickly helped me reset my lock. They were professional, helpful, and made the process so easy. New Suitcase purchase.
Website was very easy to use and had a great amount of detail on it, which was useful for me making the right choice of suitcase I needed.
Details such as size, width, depth and height, as well as capacity of the suitcase.
I needed to contact customer service for an issue, nothing major and they responded to my query with a speedy and positive reply.
The only thing I would say is for the amount I spent, I purchased 2 large suitcases, I would have thought delivery should have been free.
Delivery was received as promised and the suitcases were well protected with the packaging.
I have yet to use the suitcases so cannot comment on this part. But I'm sure they will be fine.
