What a fabulous experience buying my side sleeper butterfly pillow from you guys ....
It arrived in very quick time from my ordering it online ...

Excellent and Prompt Service
The product was not suitable for my sleeping needs, therefore I requested a full refund, as per their website. The company answered my email in an extremely prompt manner and organised for a full refund to occur. I am impressed with this company living up to what they stated they will do.

The customer service at Sleepsake is the best I’ve ever received. Incredibly helpful, kind and I could feel were genuinely wanting to make sure I had the best experience. Will always rate them 10/10 and will recommend to others.

Best Customer Service Ever
I ordered the Sleepsake pillow after reading positive customer reviews.
The order and delivery process was seamless and efficient.
Unfortunately the pillow didn't work for me (unusual neck/shoulder) but the customer service was amazing.
The Happiness Guarantee does exactly as it states and the customer service was the best I have had in a very long time.
Well done Sleepsake, I would recommend you to anyone.

I bought the pillow because i suffer of frozen shoulder
I bought the pillow because i suffer of frozen shoulder, a bad one.
The pillow feature is great and comfortable. You can tell straight forward that it worth the money, so don't be shy.
Unfortunately, my frozen shoulder is very bad and i couldn't have any benefit from the pillow, but at my stage i probably need more a miracle than a pillow 🙂
I contacted the customer service for the refund and return, and , as promised, they refund me straight forward and they didn't want the pillow back.
The communication was, fast, clear, kind/polite and great.
I honestly recommend them to everyone wants to give it a go.
