I love the product. I can have my soda pip fix with their diet product. And I have to say their Pepsi Labeled items taste better.
Ordering the canisters online is convenient, as well as returning the empties.

I had some difficulty setting up my new soda stream so I called them. Not only was it refreshing to speak with an actual human but she quickly solved my problem. i so appreciate companies that care enough about their customers to have real people helping their customers.

I have seen where people have said they struggled with getting a hold of customer service but I have never had an issue. I received an email to return my cartridges and I replied to the email that I had already returned them. Within 2 business days I received an email from a representative saying he looked into it and did see they were scanned and returned. I have had luck more than once doing this and customer service has always been helpful and excellent. I also LOVE that the cartridges come straight to my house with a return box ready to go. It doesn’t get any easier than that. This is my second sodastream and I have purchased multiple for others. Love the products and the easy options for delivery. Thank you!

I ordered some SodaStream flavors (my favorite is Mt Dew Zero). The box was damaged when it was delivered. I contacted customer support and they quickly understood my issue and shipped a replacement product at no charge. The whole experience was super quick and they were so friendly! I would highly recommend using their service!

SodaStream is upstanding company. No matter what issue I have or question they always answer promptly and do whatever they can do to help. I was late with my return due to the winter storm and they were still able to refund me once I got the cylinder back to them. Love the overall process as well.

sodasttream made a return cylinder error...i sent a message and within 12 hours they checked, confirmed i had returned the cylindrers and cancelled the charge.

Sodastream was great to work with. I couldn’t return the sodastream that I purchased from Amazon. It didn’t work properly. Tamera worked with me and they replaced it for me! I really appreciate their customer service.

I was upset when I learned that my screw top co2 canisters could not be used with my new electric soda stream. So I called customer service. They answered promptly and assured me that I could exchange my screw top canisters for the newer type as soon as I liked, either my hardware store or I could mail the cannisters back to them. My onl only complaint is that the promotional material for the electric soda stream did not mention this need to change canisters, and I wasted some time trying to figure out what to do however, the folks at soda stream replied promptly and assured me that I could exchange my old cancers for new canisters whenever my old canisters ran out of carbon dioxide. Very pleased with this company and I love the product. The electric soda stream is really good. It has three settings for bubbles and works flawlessly.

The company provided flexibility with the timing of my returns with my subscription. They were responsive and focused on good customer service.

I’ve been a loyal SodaStream customer and have used their CO₂ exchange program regularly. Unfortunately, I’ve repeatedly received emails claiming my returned canisters were not received — even after shipping confirmation — along with threats to charge my credit card.

This has happened multiple times and most recently resulted in an actual charge despite the returns being sent back properly. It feels like a recurring issue with their internal processing.

Customers shouldn’t have to keep records and defend themselves against incorrect billing after following the return process.

Proceed with caution if you rely on the exchange program.

Really awesome company that quickly takes care of their customer concerns. Cares about customer service and has great products and prices.

I order 2 SodaStream cylinders and we’re not compatible with my machine. I reached out to customer support and the were amazing to support means replace with the right ones

I mistakenly bought 6 of the wrong gas cylinders. SODA STREAM facilitated their free return and issued me 6 correct cylinders.

L'odore delle bottiglie è qualcosa di veramente incredibile, dopo un solo utilizzo sono da sanificare (chissà come). Imbarazzante l'impossibilità per alcuni modelli di avere una bottiglia di vetro. Inoltre qualora si volesse avere una bottiglia in più, sempre in plastica e quindi maleodorante ad ogni uso, il costo è proibitivo soprattutto considerando la scarsissima qualità dei materiali.

I had a problem with my returned cylinders. The staff responded promptly to my inquiry and helped fix the issue. The email I received was very helpful and courteous. I am looking forward to receiving my new order and flavorings too.
