I initially contacted the company that I purchased the SodaStream from and was told to contact SodaStream directly concerning a partially filled cylinder. Once I found the correct place to contact them. I received a response very quickly asking me for additional information. After I provided the information, I received notification that the cylinder was being replaced and when I could expect to receive it. Very satisfied, especially as I didn't know how I could prove that the cylinder hadn't been filled correctly.

Great customer service, very helpful, fast and solve problems quickly

I submitted a request to extend my return date for my empty cartridges due to medical issue and not being able to use the SodaStream. I received a reply quickly and they approved my request and move out my date by 1 month. I truly appreciate their understanding and hopefully that will give him enough time to start using this again and we can return those without being charged.

I’ve had such excellent service from SodaStream. I love having immediate access to soda water without the expense and trash of cans and bottles. Recently CSR Melissa helped me figure out a billing problem after I had to have my debit card replaced. She was so professional and knowledgeable while always being kind and helpful. I’ve been impresssd with every SodaStream employee.

I've had to reach out twice to customer service while I get used to the online ordering vs exchanges at Walmart. Both times I received better service than expected, with borderline outrageously accommodating solutions. 10/10 for me

I do not have enough good things to say about sodastream. I love sparkling water and this purchase and our cylinder subscription has brought expenses and waste from glass bottles and aluminum cans down immensely and the bottles from sodastream keep your drinks fizzy longer!

I recently realized we were getting charged for our cylinders not getting returned even though we put them in the mail. The chat agent helped me quickly and initiated refunds as soon as she recognized my returns were lost in the mail. I appreciate the speedy service and love the cylinder subscription program!

I have had several soda stream machines. I upgrade when new models are issued. I had a customer service issue resolved by Tamara. I would like to compliment her and SodaStream for their excellent customer service. Prompt, professional, and attentive. Great company to purchase from. Thank you.

They've done it again, ripping off consumers with a poorly made product only to find that it is discontinued. When are we get what we pay for with sodastream? Their new dispensers wont take the old cylinders

Nicole was true to her word. She was very helpful and gave great advice. Unlike the girl I spoke with a couple days prior who almost cost me money that I hadn’t expected to still have to pay. Nicole followed up with an email confirming our conversation which the other girl said she would do but didn’t. Nicole was awesome!

I’ve had my sodastream machine for over a decade. I make sparkling water 2-3 times a day. It’s so convenient to make it at home rather than buying cases of water and tossing out plastic. I’ve been buying the cartridges and recycling them the entire time. They make it easy to recycle empty co2 cylinders. And their costumer service is A++++.

I ordered a product that I thought was made of glass but ended up being made of plastic. I emailed customer service my concern and their response was timely, and they were pleasant. Although due to some sanitary guidelines they could not accept my return but they promptly refunded my money no questions asked. Very good experience!

You get charged $15 per cartridges for not exchanging them in time in 90 days. If you aren't finished with them yet, you can call for an extension. I just got charged $60 for not returning 3 unused cartridges, but was told I will get that refunded IF I ASK THEM TO when I return them within 6 more months. Why did I order too many? I had to order (4) last time because they were out of the (2) packs. They don't care. Just take them to Target they say. Well the Target here has never had any in stock to exchange with us. Although we like the machine, we feel trapped in having to manage cartridge returns for fear of the insane $15 per cartridge late return fee, or having to call and make arrangements each time. Too many ifs, thens and buts. Happy with the machine but I don't have the time or interest to commit to addressing the cartridge return issues every 90 days.
