I requested quotes on supply and installation of a solar battery. Two referrals were raised from reputable installers and quotes were provided promptly. Unfortunately, after considering the quotes, I decided not to proceed as the outlay would take too long to recoup. However, the part that SolarQuotes played was excellent.

one of these as they planned a bigger and better quality

HEC made a home visit which I requested…
HEC made a home visit which I requested he pointed out we needed to upgrade our switch board at a little extra cost, so I was very pleased they took the time to come to our place.
I asked export energy to come to our place to check it out, but they were very reluctant so gave a quote over the phone they wouldn't have none that the switchboard had to be upgraded .I like a one on one consultation but they wound not do that so I am getting HEG to do the work.

Received quotes through very quickly. All suppliers I communicated with seemed reputable. Great communications from SolarQuotes. Only feedback I would have is that the quotes I did receive were jammed pack with data and it was rather overwhelming - but that's from the retailer not SolarQuotes.

Couldn't be simpler. Great service. Cut through the noise. Without it, I think I'd still be paralysed by the sheer number or options and lack of confidence about their credentials. Instead, I have selected a supplier, decided on the system, and am I in the process of planning the installation.

I was provided with 3 recommendated providers quickly and contacted them straight away. Each provided me with solid details for their quotes which I investigated all equipment to be used by each and made my decision on price and quality.

Solar quotes is a very useful resource not only for the non biased info they provide but also for the support they provide.
Anthony from solar quotes provided a lot of detailed advice and was super helpful sorting out a few issues we had with our solar/battery installer post install.

When I asked about other quotes I was referred to a generic website of installers.

One installer was recommended
One installer was recommended, although I expressed a reluctance to install a particular battery brand, the 2 quotes I was given were for this brand. I replied with a couple of simple questions, with no response, and when the stipulated end date for the quote was reached I was still without answers or further communication. So I have since accepted a quote from an installer I found for myself. Disappointed, but still a long time fan of Solar Quotes, the info you provide is fantastic. I also understand that at the moment the market is very busy with battery installations, so installers probably don't care if they miss a couple of jobs.
