It was very good service from the day I drop my car of, plus transport us to the cruise ship. The driver was very helpful with our cases and dropping us of. Plus for driver this morning who pick us up again took us to our car where it was ready and waiting. This is the best parking service for cruise and I will definitely used them again. Thank you guys for looking after my car and taking to ship and collection.

Easy, straightforward and hassle free. Secure indoor parking and swift transfer to the cruise terminal. Will definitely use again for our next cruise!

Outside contractor used not the transport shown on their website. All felt very unprofessional from start to finish, people falling in & out of the minibus driver took no notice whatsoever. I came away with bruising cuts & swollen leg. Made to wait 25 minutes in the rain for the single minibus to collect us from our cruise terminal. Cheap parking for a reason wouldn’t recommend.

On arrival for the departure you were brilliant and on our arrival back we notified you as requested and your were there waiting for us to take us back to the car.

You operate a first class service, so congratulations.

We left our car with Southampton Cruise Parking Services during the half term break. We dropped our car off with them, then they promptly drove us to the docks for our cruise. Once there, we were made aware of the collection point upon our return. All good so far...5/5

Following Southampton CPS instructions...24 hours before our return, I emailed them to make them aware I would be off the boat early, because I had an important appointment (I received no reply/confirmation).

The day of arrival - Following their instructions (again), I text 30 mins before departing the boat, to inform them of my imminent arrival. Once on land, and at the meeting point, I sent another text informing them that I had arrived and was ready. On my text messages, I provided name, passengers and name of ship. I swiftly received a reply to this text message saying my driver would be with me in 10 mins time. Whilst waiting, I noticed more passengers join the waiting area, but I had no way of identifying if they were waiting like me for Southampton CPS, or simply using other methods or services to find their ways home. After 15 mins a taxi from Southampton CPS arrived and I spoke to the driver, who had started loading other passengers into his vehicle. I realised at this point there was no queuing system, so it was effectively a free for all, which wasn't ideal. The driver of the taxi also informed me that 2 other taxis were on their way, in about 5 mins time. I waited about 7-8 mins and no signs of these taxis. Given, I had a meeting to get to, and this waiting system lacked any organisation, the taxi drivers weren't asking for names, simply just loading the first ones onboard. I decided I had no choice but to use an independent taxi services at the cost of £20. Now, this isn't the end of the world but I thought I'd mention it to the office at Southampton CPS. 3/5

Once back at their office/storage unit, I spoke to a member of staff who was very apologetic and confirmed she had received my email 24hours earlier, so understood I needed picking up. She arranged for the owner to speak to me about the matter. I explained to him what happened and I couldn't run the risk of waiting for x amount of taxis before getting returned. He said he understood. I asked that he reimburse my taxi fee (£20), which he agreed to. He took my bank details and we had a gentlemen's agreement he'd pay me later that day. They were his words. Unfortunately, I never received this payment, which I was actually quite surprised by as I'm a little old fashioned and I think if you give your word, that's good! Also, it was only a small amount of money (£20) but this didn't sit quite right with me. 1/5

The van wasn't damaged or scratched in any way. The colleagues working for Southampton CPS were attentive and polite. 5/5.

Would I use them again? Probably not until they fix their queueing system out and matey-boy pays me that £20 quid he promised me!!

We used Southampton Cruise parking as we were very impressed with them when we used them last year. The guys and the service was very good again this year, however they appear to have contracted a third party ‘Pete’s Airlink’ who took us to the terminal. The driver made a number of personal comments to a fellow passenger which made the experience quite uncomfortable. In addition there was a verbal altercation between the driver and a passenger at the terminal. All in all this was not the stress free start to our cruise which we were expecting. I should add that the regular staff were very good but this was a disappointing experience for us down to this individual.

Simple to use system of drop off and pick up. Car was safe during our cruise and waited for me , ready to go when the bus dropped us off. Bus driver was very helpful, and loaded the bags into my car for me. Only issue was they could do with a bit space when you drop the car off. Will use this service again

Booking easy. Staff friendly & helpful. Bit of a wait for the bus to take us to the terminal. Car not videoed on arrival - staff too busy so I vidoed it myslelf.
The pick-up instructions were unhelpful. No flag, banner or sign & we walked 50yds to the wrong area & the link in the pdf instructions to locate the bus did not work.
The terminal staff were helpful & we phoned the office & got clear instructions to the bus which was already waiting

Both drivers to and from the terminal were great. Dropping off the car was straightforward, a very helpful staff member (he was orchestrating the cars & the taxis ) told us that an accident had blocked the road to the ship terminal, however the company’s driver was fantastic navigating the roads to avoid the inevitable traffic backlog and get us there in plenty of time. The staff on reception were lovely and reassuring. On our return, I spoke with Christina who was charming and very helpful. Also, the website is easy to navigate and easy to book their services including the text updates.

First time cruisers and found the experience of parking so easy. Directions clear, pick up and transfer to dock very efficient. Knowing the car was in a secure covered space gave peace of mind whilst away. Collection was swift too.

I used this service for the first time from 18/4 and returned to collect my car on 25/4. Fast efficient service. Taken from where we dropped the car to the port via mini bus. Helped with our luggage which was especially good as my mum has limited mobility. Friendly drivers. Car waiting when we got off the ship and no issues with it.

The service is first rate, both taking us to the ship at the perfect location to be drop and collecting after our trip.
The car was as it was left no mileage, no scratches etc and the staff are very attentive and quick to deal with you. Location and direction to find the place was quick and easy.
