We’re very sorry to read your comments and take any concerns about vehicle condition extremely seriously.
However, we must clarify the facts. When you collected your vehicle, our team followed standard procedure and asked you to inspect the car before leaving the premises. No damage was reported at that time.
You first contacted us 5 days after collection to raise this issue. As clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions — which are accepted at the time of booking — any damage must be reported immediately upon collection and before leaving the site. This allows us to investigate promptly while all evidence is available. Unfortunately, reporting this several days later makes it impossible for us to verify when or where the damage may have occurred.
With regard to footage, due to the high volume of vehicles we handle daily, recordings are only retained for a short, standard period and are automatically overwritten as part of our normal recording cycle. As a result, the relevant footage is no longer available.
We strongly refute any suggestion of dishonesty. We pride ourselves on operating a professional and transparent service, and where damage is reported correctly at the time of collection, we do fully investigate and resolve matters appropriately.

Cruise Parking Southampton
We started our cruise holiday by using Cruise Parking Southampton.
Directions were clear and we found the location easily. We metJag who arranged for our free transportation to our ship and reassured us that although our car was a Toyota Hybrid if we texted or called upon our return they would not only collect us from the ship but make sure our car was charged. It was very reassuring as Hybrids are notorious for running flat after 2 weeks.
The OUTSTANDING service was upon our unexpected delay in returning to Southampton.
My husband fractured his hip and we were offloaded in the Azores. I called Jag at Cruise Parking Southampton and informed him of our possible delay. I also asked his advice on having our car returned to Lancashire as our Travel Insurance would be flying us directly home.
I arranged for Compassionate return of our car through the AA but Jag at CPS was awoken several times in the middle of the night by the possibility that they were collecting our car. Jag then filmed the process and made sure I was aware of exactly what was happening.
The relief this gave me and the kindness of Jag at CPS was above and beyond what I could have expected and I am exceedingly grateful.

Great service
I booked online and had a small issue with the website and I rang and they were very helpful and got me all booked in. Getting there was easy and the handover was swift. We were dropped to the boat and all very simple. Collecting went smoothly and car was ready for me to leave. Would certainly use again

A wonderful experience
From the initial booking process to the car pick up, the service and attention from Southampton Cruise Parking Services was perfect. After booking, I changed my car so rang to advise of the change. No automated answer machine, an actual person to speak to who was helpful and efficient. We booked two cars, arrived together, were taken with our luggage to the terminal by the lovely John and collected on our return by him too within just 10 minutes of texting. The instructions were simple to follow and John was super helpful. We travelled with elderly parents so it was refreshing to have such kindness. This company will now be my go to for any Southampton departures, it’s great to receive such good customer service and it is appreciated. Thank you.

First class
We parked with Southampton cruise parking for the first time between February 28th - March 14th, the service we received was first rate, travelling to and from the port was quick and effortless and the staff were very friendly. We will definitely use them again.

This company is awful.
This company never confirmed my booking. I asked 4 times then they sent me a postcode ?????
I asked to cancel and they said I could not have a refund because it was more than 14 days since I booked. Well yes it was - I’d been waiting for a confirmation I never got. Emails and phone calls were not answered then eventually they were very rude.
Do not book with these people they are awful.

We are concerned by your comments, as they do not reflect our booking or cancellation process at Southampton Cruise Parking Services Ltd.
Firstly, we believe you may be referring to a different company, as there are several businesses operating with similar names. We have no record matching the details described. We have requested further information privately so we can investigate properly.
For clarity:
• All booking confirmations are sent automatically at the time of booking to the email address provided.
• In cases where a customer cannot see their confirmation, it is usually located in the junk/spam folder.
• Our full address and postcode are clearly displayed on our website along on our confirmation letters
• we answer all our phone calls, its diverts and even answer out of hours in the evening . if we miss a call we always call bac.
Regarding cancellations, our policy is clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions:
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled travel date receive a full cash refund, less a £20 administration fee.
Cancellations made within 14 days of travel (but more than 48 hours before) receive a 50% refund issued as a voucher.
Cancellations within 48 hours of travel are non-refundable.
If a booking was made more than 14 days ago and travel is still more than 14 days away, a refund (minus the £20 admin fee) would absolutely apply.
We pride ourselves on professional customer service and clear communication, which is why we are keen to clarify this matter.
