I ordered wrong item, this was exchanged and delivered promptly
Stated that goods had been sent when in fact they had not. This happened before with this company and order was cancelled. I just wish they were more honest regarding delivery times as the goods they sell are great and priced well. I only got delivery after chasing them up asking for a tracking number.

Update - now at 49 days since they took receipt of my returned items. No response to my 3 emails over the last 2 weeks. No answer to phone calls. No response to this review, despite me submitting further information to verify the purchase well over a week ago. Funny how the recent 5 star reviews got verified straight away.
Anyway, thankfully Chargeback exists. I hope that service costs Sparks Warehouse.
A truly awful company to deal with, avoid at all costs!
I'm refitting my kitchen and needed to replace all sockets and light switches with brass ones. Sparks Warehouse offered the best value for the range I wanted and I was happy with the price. Alarm bells started ringing when the stated delivery date of 2-3 days passed and after a week I got in touch to be told there was a delay with the supplier and stock was expected in another week or so.
Next up I got a despatched email with an expected delivery date, which again passed by without the goods.
When they eventually turned up I was not happy with the quality of the product and so asked to make a return. The return process was explained and I promptly sent them back, signed for and tracked, and delivered on the 17th April. I chased up the refund to be told there was a delay in processing refunds but to expect it in 14-21 days.
21 days passed and nothing, so I chase again, and again, and then after 30 days I get told there is a delay in processing refunds and it should take another 7-10 days, which is the period I am currently in.
Yes, 40 days in total for a straightforward return of a whole order, all the while I am out of pocket and they have my money and the goods. I have no confidence that I will see the refund.
Their communication is also terrible. Just one person answers emails, blaming accounts for the delay. It usually takes a chaser email to get an answer. No one answers the phone either.
An absolutely terrible way to treat paying customers, I will never use them again and I strongly advise others avoid too.
My order for lightbulbs was never fulfilled, although payment was taken. It took a considerable time and multiple emails to get the order cancelled and the money refunded.

I’m really pleased.
Without these 2 light bulbs I would have had to buy a new light fitting for the hallway. Then the matching landing light fitting wouldn’t match any more, and soon a bulb would blow on the landing too, so potentially you have saved me from having to buy 2 new light fittings. Please keep on stocking light bulbs which are not available in shops any longer.

The light I ordered arrived broken. I emailed to let them know but had no reply. I then had an email with a free light purchase on, I presume to replace the broken one. This was 2 weeks ago and also has not arrived. Feel disappointed with the communication
Website very easy to use. Found what I needed which was good value for money. Delivery was swift.
I ordered light bulbs they were hard to get in my local supplier.
But when i ordered on line they arrived with in days well packed and securely on time.
Ordered an £10 replacement kitchen tube light in March from Sparks Warehouse. Estimated delivery has long passed. No response from the company, no delivery, no refund - don't deal with Sparks Warehouse.
This store's emergency battery is a lifesaver!👍It charges fast and kept my devices

I did get in touch with customer service as I wished to add more items to my order. The advisor was helpful and friendly and the additional products were sent out immediately.
My husband and I ordered replacement bulbs on April 8. I called and Sparks said it would be delivered by April 16th. I have called 3X and no reply (left voicemail twice) It is now April 22nd and still no delivery.
DO NOT USE this company! Horrible service!

I've used Sparks Warehouse on several occasions now and they have always supplied me with great products at a reasonable price.
Wide selection of components from various manufacturers. Easy ordering online and reasonable prices.
Searched high and low for specific bulbs and was continually told they are no longer made. No one had them - apart from this website. Have bought extra for a stock at home
Firstly their delivery promise of a battery was missed.
Emails receive no response.
Telephone calls do not get answered.
Eventually a battery was delivered but NOT the one detailed on the enclosed delivery note!
After more phone calls I was advised they were awaiting stock but did send a freepost return label.
Over a month after placing the order I demanded a refund which took a week to be acknowledged and actioned.
I ordered from another company who despatched the required battery the same day and it was cheaper.
I cannot recommend this company.
