I have no idea what these products are like, but I was extremely distressed to see one of their engineers treating his dog appallingly today in Tynemouth. He was dragging and yanking the dog around, threw it in his van and when the dog came to greet him when he got in the van, he hit and shoved it hard (aside from the fact the dog shouldn’t be loose on the front seat of the van) Disgraceful behaviour of your engineer
