Scam, they "ran out of stock" and don't reply to emails.

I sent way more than 2 follow ups. I’ve sent 5 follow ups for multiple weeks now with no reply from your company and had to cancel my card. You guys really need a better support team, there’s no excuse for missing that many emails. Please refund the transaction or I’ll be filing a fraud claim.

First shipment lost during Royal mail strikes. Offered replacement shipped via UPS and reached me within 3 days.

Product was perfect, tested and everything was working. Can’t wait for my next one

Service excellent was skeptical at first, but they came through did amazing job very pleased with the product!

I don’t often post reviews but I just had to for Steel Skins. They answered all of my questions promptly and even created a custom Canadian version of the Amex Centurion for me. Altogether it took two weeks. I FedEx’d my card on Monday, they received my card on Wednesday, it was posted out Friday afternoon and I received it in Canada a week and a half later (Monday). So delivered on the 6th business day.

The only area I see for improvement is communication when your card is received and shipped out. I was nervous sending my card internationally. When I saw my FedEx tracking said delivered I heard nothing from Steel Skins. So I reached out the following day to confirm they had actually received it. I also had to reach out to them to get my return tracking information. So email confirmation that they’ve received your card & tracking info when they complete your order would be a nice touch in order to ease customers who are apprehensive shipping their credit cards.

But overall I am so pleased and the quality is beyond top notch. So much so that I won’t even remove a star for my comments above.

Made my card and delivered it very quickly. Very happy with it, looks amazing and exactly identical to the original. Highly recommend everyone that wants a custom card to purchase from here!

Ok so to be honest i was very dubious if they were honest, reliable and deliver what they say. Having used them cannot fault them! Definitely would recommend. Excellent service and item.

Note the cards are not Contactless - this is the only downside. It looks so legit, and guess what, they processed my order within 24 hours! OMG WHAT? I love the service. Really high quality, perfect packaging, and the whole process was really safe.
