AMEX BLACK CARD

The card arrived safely after 10 days from posting. The Black American Express card is EXCELLENT and 100 per cent accurate. The CHIP/PIN works as well as the magnetic stripe for swiping. The contactless does not work on the metal card so it needs to be put in the machine to enter your pin or swipe the card. The full details on the card are accurate and it looks VERY IMPRESSIVE. I am very happy with the end result and would recommend this product to anyone who is interested in getting one. Very safe and secure transaction with no issues at all.

Great Product

90%of the way there on the product, the font of my name on the card seems slightly off. Card feels good although I've never felt a real centurion card. I would have liked a tracking number on the card shipping to my home but I just waited it out and it came and looks great

Surprised that this is even a thing, very happy with the end results

Got an email asking me to leave a review, I bought the black Amex card from them and can't complain its perfect. Never expected a simple card have such an effect on people, waitresses and workers change their attitude once I pull out the card lmao. Probably gonna buy again once my card expires (with insurance this time), its well worth the money

Poor Quality

I received my credit card about a month after ordering it and I’m very disappointed in the finished product.

The card actually works in every place that I’ve used it and this is the only reason I didn’t rate it one star. The very first restaurant that I used the card, the front was completely scratched up and it looked like I had it for quite some time. The back side of the card was even worse! I can barely even read the lettering because it’s completely blurry!

Customer service is almost non existent and takes a very long time to reply to you if they even try to reply at all. I still haven’t received a response a week later.

This company is legitimate but it definitely needs work in its quality across the board. I will not be buying from them again.

well i live in germany , i was waiting for my order and finally got it yesterday the card is a 1:1 and looking 100% good and working giving 4 starts bc communication could be better :D Thx for the card

Terrible communication and customer support

After ordering on the 09/07/23
Noting the company said they were away from the 15th to the 22nd. I have repeatedly emailed asking for an update on my order. Left a comment on a TikTok video asking the same (to which the removed) I have still not received my card. Will be filing at the small claims court just for the principle!

Finally after a bunch of follow up I did get the cards, however the communication process isn’t great and could use some updating.

Scam, no communication no product

Months without a card. Does not follow up or respond to any emails. Stated there would be a 2 week delay in stock months ago.

Perfect

I ordered an J.P. Morgan Reserve card which was transplanted from an Amazon Prime Visa Card and it came out perfect and work’s flawlessly. The two negative reviews are false. The one on the card not being delivered was delivered and only suffered delays due to the royal mail strike. My card was delayed as well however that was not their fault. Another one star review said that they don’t answer emails. They do with quick turnaround however the emails may end up in your spam folder as they did mine. Will be purchasing an Amex Centurion Replica in the future once it is back in stock.

Card didn’t work

Card didn’t work. Haven’t had a functional card for just under 2 weeks. Been back to the office and no one answered, went again and was expected to leave my card on a table. Sent an email and haven’t had a response, 3rd week is about to begin and I still don’t have a function working bank card.

As you've showed up to the office without any notice or appointment we were not present to be able to assist you. Please do understand we are not in the office during the whole working day, we're only present when we have orders to work on hence why we strictly adhere to an appointment by booking only rule to ensure we're present to help you with what you need.

Unfortunately the product you have purchased, the American Express Platinum card replica, has been discontinued therefore we weren't able to replace your card. We have since refunded your order for the full amount on the 10th of March. Again we deeply apologies for any inconvineince caused.
