Resume is so bad it feels like a scam
Last year we had our first baby, a little girl, and that has put the pressure on for my wife to get into a better career so we can support the needs of our growing family.
I saw Robynn's posts on LinkedIn and she seemed like this smart, compassionate entrepreneur who really believed in giving people great resumes to find the careers they love.
When we first got my wife's resume back, it honestly felt like a joke. Her phone number was wrong, they made up a name for her previous employer that isn't even a real company, and the experience descriptions seemed worse than what we could've gotten from ChatGPT.
I had to message Robynn twice on her personal LinkedIn to get a response from the company. Now I'm trying to request a refund, but based on the litany of other disappointed reviews online, it seems like that's not going to get us anywhere.
Save yourself, do NOT use this service.

I appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We always strive to provide excellent service, and I'm sorry to hear that your expectations weren't met in this case.
I'd like to clarify a few points:
We aim to work directly with the job seeker to ensure accurate information. In this case, we only communicated with you, not your wife, which may have led to some misunderstandings.
We did reach out to schedule a review call to address your concerns and make necessary adjustments. This is a standard part of our process to ensure client satisfaction.
When you requested a refund, we offered to refund the portion of the project that wasn't completed, even though our policy typically doesn't allow refunds.
We made multiple attempts to set up a call to resolve the issues before any chargeback was filed.
Our goal is always to work with our clients until they're satisfied with the final product. We're disappointed we didn't get the chance to do that here.

Do not trust
They pride themselves on knowing how resumes should look, but when I told them I needed my resume re-vamped for private equity, they sent me back a multi-colored, 2-page product with way too many sentences/information. I received feedback from multiple heads of HR that the resume needed to be re-done. I asked multiple times for the company to issue a refund since they clearly were not the right fit for me. I had to email about a dozen times just to get the head of the company to respond to me (who berated me for even questioning their service quality, btw). Still have not gotten a refund and have only had a poorly re-done resume which I have not used. Do not use these guys.
