I bought my first expensive (for me) watch from Swiss Horology via Chrono24 and the process was as painless as it could ever be.

I sent a message via Chrono24 to them at 5:35 in the morning and I had a response before 11, on a bank holiday.

I proceeded with the purchase, the payment took about a day to verify via Chrono24, and on Tuesday the watch was shipped out and on its way to me.

It arrived on the Wednesday, was exactly as described. All in all, can't complain. They have good ratings for a reason.

I won't hesitate purchasing from them in the future.

I couldn’t get the watch I wanted via authorised dealers for various reasons so I looked at purchasing via professional dealers. I was apprehensive and slightly nervous as this was my first purchase through this channel, but Swiss Horology were absolutely brilliant throughout the process. Responded to my messages promptly, offered alternative options and even discussed how best to insure the watch. It’s evident that they actually appreciate watches and this is not simply a transactional business for them.

They went above and beyond, even messaging a few days after purchase to check in and see if was enjoying the watch and if there was anything else they could help with.
