End of Builders Clean- 2 Bed Flat
The Operatives were amazing! Unphased by the thick dust which came from holes cut in Laithe and Plaster walls, new Shower room and Kitchen - complete with replacement ceiling! Furniture and bed deeply coated. They left it all sparkling- hard to believe the state it had been in when they arrived. Company who came to hang curtains and blinds next day remarked on how absolutely sparkling the windows all were.
The Cleaners were great people too- very polite and respectful of the space and cheerful and smiley throughout. Wouldn’t even let me make them tea. Brought all their own products and equipment, including a huge stack of dusters and cloths.
I would definitely recommend this Company and will certainly use them again myself.

Great pricing and end product for an end of tenancy…
Great pricing for an end of tenancy clean on a 2 bed house. I received regular communication up to the cleaning date. I needed to provide a document to the property owner confirming the residence had been professionally cleaned due to having pets in the property.
I discussed this with Mas the Ops Manager who confirmed they would write up a bespoke document for me upon completion to provide.
The cleaning itself was done to a very high standard and the two ladies took me through the property afterwards highlighting all aspects and ensured i was happy with the service before leaving. The property was left in a brilliant condition and no issues with the property owner upon inspection

End of tenancy cleaning
End of tenancy cleaning required and opted for the cheapest company I could find which happened to be Tenancy Cleaning. I left the 2 guys to the cleaning while I ran some errands and they were gone a few hours later when I returned.
The team who arrived did FANTASTIC job. We discussed beforehand (and on the day) exactly which rooms/areas I should expect to be cleaned and they were all cleaned to a very high standard.
I would highly recommend Tenancy Cleaning and will always use them again should I have any cleaning needs.

Supreme deep clean that was affordable
I moved into an apartment that had allegedly been professionally cleaned but you could see many surfaces were dirty and the carpet needed proper cleaning. So I arranged for a deep clean with tenancy.cleaning. Shaida and Zanko were exceptionally professional and friendly. They did a great job and make the place sparkle! They also showed me video of what came out of the carpets!! I feel much better knowing they cleaned the carpets properly. Highly recommend Shaida and Zanko and I hope to see them again when I next need a cleaning service!

Our flat was in a bit of a chaotic state at the end of tenancy, what with boxes everywhere and running out of time to do all the cleaning needed. Deep clean in all the property
I moved into a new property and needed a thorough deep clean all through the house. Two locket gentlemen came and did an excellent job from top to bottom and I was very pleased with the time and effort they put in. I recently booked this company for an end-of-tenancy deep clean of a studio flat, and it turned out to be a good decision made during what is always a stressful moving process. The experience was seamless, professional, and genuinely impressive.
Shaida, who led the work, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She arrived on time, which immediately set a reassuring tone for the day. It's such a simple thing, but punctuality speaks volumes about how seriously a person takes their work, and Shaida clearly takes it very seriously indeed.
The quality of the cleaning itself was outstanding. Every corner, surface, and appliance was tackled with real thoroughness and care. The room looked better than it did when I first moved in.
What also stood out was the flexibility on offer. There was no problems with adjusting the timing of the appointment, even though it happened to be on the Easter Sunday. That kind of adaptability is genuinely rare and hugely appreciated when you're juggling the a hundred other things that come with moving out.
Communication throughout was equally excellent — prompt, clear, and friendly at every stage, whether by phone or message. I appreciated the trust shown by the company when it turned out my payment was only pending, not yet cleared, at the time of the appointment.
If you need an end-of-tenancy clean done properly, look no further. I would recommend Shaida and Tenancy.Cleaning without reservations. Truly five-star service.

257 pound for a 1 hour wipe down
I recently booked a full property clean with Tenancy Cleaning and the service fell well below what was advertised.
Two cleaners attended for approximately one hour in total, which was clearly not sufficient for the scope of work outlined in the invoice. As a result, multiple areas were either not cleaned at all or were only superficially wiped.
Examples include:
Kitchen cupboards left with visible grime, sticky residue, and food remnants Window frames and tracks still dirty Bathrooms still showing limescale and buildup Skirting boards and floors not properly cleaned General dust and debris (including hair from the previous tenant) still present
I raised these issues during and after the visit, and even had to ask the cleaners to redo basic areas while they were still on site.
When I contacted the company, I was told that their policy is to offer a re-clean as the primary remedy, and if this is declined, refunds are limited to 10% of the booking value. In my case, despite the extent of the work not completed, their final offer was £50 on a £257 service.
In my view, this approach is not in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which requires services to be carried out with reasonable care and skill. A company policy should not override a customer’s statutory rights where a service has not been properly delivered.
I had offered to accept a re-clean if a different team attended, however this was not possible, and I was not comfortable having the same team return given the standard of the original visit.
Overall, the service did not reflect what was advertised, and the resolution offered did not reflect the level of work not completed.
I would recommend others exercise caution, check the work thoroughly, and be aware of how complaints are handled.
I declined the £50 offer and have proceeded with a chargeback through my bank.
Update to the reply: This is a new build property and only one year old. So yes it looked clean before you started. The purpose of getting in professional cleaners was to deep clean the property. Do things like remove limescale from the bathroom, wash out all kitchen cupboards, clean windows and in the frames etc. I have many photos of all around the property showing what has not been done. I actually have indoor cctv and can see the amount that was not cleaned. Given the extent of what should have been cleaned and for 257 pound it is pretty much impossible to do it all within an hour.
I remain very confident given all of the evidence that AMEX will get me a chargeback.

We take concerns of this nature seriously, and we would like to clarify the full context of this matter for transparency.
The service carried out on 3 April was completed in accordance with the agreed scope, and we hold post-clean photographic and video evidence to support this. As with all of our bookings, where any concerns are raised, our primary and standard remedy is to offer a full re-clean to address any areas of dissatisfaction. This was offered to you promptly.
We understand that you requested a different team; however, due to availability constraints in your area at that time, this was not possible. Despite this, the re-clean remained available so that any concerns could be fully resolved.
As the re-clean was declined, a goodwill refund of £50 was offered as a gesture of resolution, without admission of fault. This was above the minimum outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
We also note your reference to the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Our process is designed to align with this, by first offering repeat performance to rectify any issues raised. This is the industry-standard approach and ensures that customers are given the opportunity to have the service completed to the expected standard.
As you have chosen to proceed with a chargeback, we will now provide all relevant evidence, including time-stamped documentation and post-service media, directly to your bank, who will review the matter independently.
We remain confident in our position and the evidence available, and we will fully cooperate with the dispute process.

Poor standard of clean resulting in…
Poor standard of clean resulting in deductions for cleaning from tenancy deposit.
Have subsequently been charged an additional £160 of cleaning charges by landlord due to poor attention to detail in the clean by this company. In particular, marks on skirting and doors, cupboard cleaning, door handles and lights not being cleaned.
Cleaners also arrived over one hour late.
Due to delay in getting check out report from letting agent, company will not offer any compensation due to timeframe which has elapsed from original clean.
Make sure you check their work throughly.

We take all feedback seriously, but it is important to present the full and accurate context for anyone reading this.
Your cleaning service was completed on 24 February 2026. Your complaint was submitted on 2 April 2026, which is 37 days after the service.
Our Terms and Conditions (Clause 6.2 – Complaint Procedure), which are agreed to at the time of booking, clearly state that:
• Complaints must be raised within 7 days, and
• Must include photographic evidence
This policy exists because the condition of a property can change significantly over time due to use, access by third parties, or environmental factors. After 37 days, it is not possible to reliably attribute any issues to the original service.
You referenced a check-out report dated 26 February 2026. However, this was not shared with us within the required timeframe, nor were any concerns raised at that point, when they could have been properly investigated and resolved.
Regarding the additional £160 charged by your landlord, we were not given the opportunity to review or address any issues within the contractual window. As such, we cannot accept liability for third-party charges raised over a month after completion.
We also note your comment about arrival time. Our records show that access and job start times can vary depending on factors such as property readiness and coordination on the day, but no issue was raised at the time of service.
For transparency, we retain internal service records and post-clean documentation confirming the job was completed in line with the booked service.
Our complaint policy is in place to ensure fairness to both clients and our cleaning teams. In this case, the complaint was submitted 30 days beyond the agreed reporting period, and therefore could not be investigated.
