Even one star is too much for this company. The guy spend hours cleaning nothing clearly because when he left and the house was still not cleaned to the standard they promised . It was too late for me to even re arrange another clean because I had to hand of the keys to the landlord . They even refused to give me a refund. Disgusting customer service.

Last minute booking, amazing job
I was moving out and am disabled. I needed house cleaners who would do a good job and at very short notice. Tenancy cleaning came up tops. Even after my landlord dropped the bomb that he was having painters prepping the place the day I'd booked the cleaning service, meaning they'd have to work around them. Was no problem. Great service. Instant response. Great rates. I highly recommend them !

Really bad service
Really bad service. Team arrived between 4:30-5pm where actual appointment was at 2pm and finished work late night 11:36pm. Not sure it's intentional or by accident. Kitchen hob looks like not cleaned at all, extractor filter cleaned only one side, other side is full of grease. fridge trays are washed but not cleaned so left watermark everywhere. Sofa not cleaned, all stains are as it is. Lights not cleaned at all. Windows cleaned only from inside but missed few windows in other rooms, carpet deep cleaned but few spots are left uncleaned. Floors mopped but not deep cleaned, shoe marks are present everywhere corners behind furnitures are not cleaned, spider nets not removed. Overall very bad service. They clean areas only which is visible for people on first sight. Hidden areas not cleaned at all. Please be careful when you use this service. Thoroughly check all the areas one by one. Do not let them work at night as things are not clearly visible at room light. They take money in advance so that we can't do anything after they finish work. Please try to give money after satisfactory completion of work. They do not accept it's their fault even after showing videos and pictures. They think it's taken before Cleaning even though pictures has time stamp on it. Finally they have refunded me price for hob cleaning and Sofa cleaning cost. But rest not happy with rest of the house cleaning too as new tenants are moving in and house is in a mess without proper cleaning.

To address your concerns, a £75.00 goodwill refund was prioritised and has already been processed as a gesture of goodwill relating specifically to the hob, extractor filter, and sofa cleaning. This was issued promptly once the complaint review was completed.
We acknowledge your comments regarding timing and expectations. The extended duration of the visit was due to additional on-site work carried out to address concerns raised during the appointment.
While we understand you are unhappy with the outcome, we do not agree with the assertion that the property was left unclean or that the service was not delivered. Our internal review and operative confirmation support that the work was completed and reviewed on site before sign-off.
The £75 goodwill refund has been issued as a final gesture in relation to the specific items raised.

I've used them twice
I've used them twice, once for a house clean and most recently for carpet cleaning. They were on time, very polite and went out of their way to do a great job. When I mentioned a few things the property agent had raised, the cleaner went out of their way to deal with those issues. They also promptly provide a receipt and take photos for their own records. The online booking is also handy so I could make sure the job was done on time and ready for my check out inspection.

Three cleaners arrived to clean my flat…
Three cleaners arrived to clean my flat for two hours. Despite what I'd asked for and paid for, £274, the flat was not cleaned to a good standard. Blinds were clearly not touches even though I'd requested they be cleaned, filthy plug holes, dirty shower and an integrated microwave that had clearly not even been opened. Despite providing date stamped photo evidence apparently I was out of time for them to consider my complaint! Shocking service.

Our team attended the property on 30 April 2026 and completed the cleaning as scheduled within the agreed scope of the booking.
Your complaint was submitted on 11 May 2026, which is 11 days after the service date. This is outside our 7-day re-clean guarantee period, as clearly outlined in our Terms & Conditions and agreed at the time of booking.
As a result, the issue was raised 4 days beyond the guarantee window, and we were unable to offer a re-clean or compensation in this instance.
We appreciate your comments; however, we must apply our policy consistently across all customers to ensure fairness.

New house deep clean
I booked a full house deep clean the day after moving in, and Abel and Doi were absolutely fantastic. They arrived early and were diligent and hardworking throughout the entire clean.
I still had boxes everywhere, so I really appreciated their patience and cooperation while I moved things around so they could access all areas of the house. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
They were professional, polite, and provided a very high standard of service. I’m so happy with the results — they truly helped make my house feel like a home.

Damaged Oven Tray and Flat Left Unclean
We booked an end of tenancy cleaning and they damaged the oven tray with detergent. They let the product sit overnight and it completely stained it. There were also stains left on the toilet seat. The landlord charged us an additional 78£ for an extra clean.

Our records confirm that the service was completed and signed off by our team at the time with no issues reported during completion or immediately afterwards. The concerns raised regarding the oven tray were submitted after the team had already left the property, and are not supported by our post-clean evidence.
The £15 refund referenced in your review was processed and issued on 8 May 2026, as previously confirmed.
A re-clean was offered in line with our standard procedure; however, this could not be arranged due to access constraints at the property at that stage.
We always take feedback seriously and investigate all complaints thoroughly. Following our internal review, we are confident the service was carried out as agreed and to standard, and we therefore consider this matter resolved.

Not recommended to use for End of Tenancy clean!
We booked an end of tenancy clean with Tenancy.Cleaning and the service delivered was far below a professional standard.
Multiple surfaces were not touched by the cleaners in the 2 hours they spent at the flat, leaving behind a layer of dust and grime. Where they did clean, it was often superficial and not of the thorough nature required at the end of a tenancy. Glass surfaces were left streaky, carpets unvacuumed in multiple places, bottoms of kitchen drawers not wiped and shower drains untouched.
The issue was instantly raised with the cleaners in the property, who did not care to amend their standards where missed areas were pointed out to them before they left. I was then immediately in touch with Tenancy.Cleaning via WhatsApp and followed their complaints procedure diligently. They assured me they would rectify the issue but have since not delivered.
As others have mentioned, they consistently fall back to quoting their policy, which is that a complementary re-clean will be offered, and failing this a 10% refund. Of course, as this is an end of tenancy cleaning service, recleaning would need to be offered immediately to be viable before access to the property is lost. The soonest they could offer me a re-clean was 5 days after the initial service, long after the keys had been returned to the landlord. Their maximum refund offer is not sufficient to compensate for the lack of care and skill in this work, per consumer rights under UK law.
The subsequent interactions with their customer service team have been extremely disappointing. They are insistent that the clean was as advertised which is plainly not true, and show no compassion for the additional stress they have caused at end of a tenancy. I had to find the time in a hectic few days to personally repeat the cleaning, which I had paid £200 for, to a standard which would be acceptable to the landlord.
Overall, I would not recommend using Tenancy.Cleaning for their end of tenancy cleaning service, noting mine and other's experiences that this is likely to result in a loss of some of your deposit and/or your time to rectify a poor cleaning standard.
If you do go ahead, book them a week in advance on moving out so they have time to come round twice!
Edited: Be warned that their website cheekily omits 1 and 2 star reviews, making the service appear more reliable than reality. I would give 0 stars if I could.

We do not agree with several statements made in your review regarding both the standard of service and the handling of your complaint.
Our records confirm the service was completed and assessed against our end-of-tenancy standard. Where concerns were raised, a complimentary re-clean was offered promptly in line with our procedure. This is the contractual remedy provided under our service terms and is the first and primary resolution route for any cleaning concerns.
The re-clean was scheduled at the earliest available operational time following your complaint. Unfortunately, the scheduled re-clean could not be carried out due to access not being available at the property at the time of attendance, which prevented completion of the agreed remedial service.
Following this, a goodwill payment of £50.00 was offered as a full and final resolution. This offer exceeds our standard policy and was made in good faith to bring the matter to a close.
We recognise that you remain dissatisfied with the outcome. However, based on the full review of the case and supporting records, our position remains unchanged.
We are committed to transparency and consistency in how we handle all customer concerns and ensure all complaints are reviewed fairly based on documented evidence and agreed service terms.
