Great service, order arrived next day

I used to come to the shop to buy my e- liquid but was told I have to purchase online. When trying to purchase online my orders get cancel because the product isn't in stock. You really need to update your website regarding stock so this doesn't happen to so called valued customers. It's pretty poor that you don't contact the customer regarding stock or offer an alternative, as it's not the customers fault your not up to date..

Came sooner than expected. Ordered 7 juices of the desert range not 1 bad flavour yet alot thicker than my usual

Ordered Sunday and delivered Tuesday, good service

I ordered some vape juice. And I day layer I was refunded. Without a reason why? So I emailed them asking why?... the did respond quickly. Saying it was out of stock. Then update your web site! Plus they take the payment straight away and take 10 days to refund... not happy.....

Easy website to navigate, great product, fast delivery.

I ordered and paid for my products over a week ago and they have not arrived yet. No communication from the company.

I ordered 6 liquids, 3 of which I chose to be Grapefruit Soda. Instead, I was sent 3 Fruit Punch and no Grapefruit Soda. I wasn’t made aware the Grapefruit Soda was out of stock, or that it wouldn’t be delivered, and I would have preferred to be contacted to ask which replacement flavour I would like, instead of the store just choosing for me. This is the 3rd or 4th time that this has happened now, and not only this, but on multiple previous orders, half of the order wasn’t even sent. We have tried to contact the store multiple times with no response or care. Wouldn’t advise buying from this company.

On time delivery exact product is delivered .
