The caller ali presented to me a cheap price for ticket not listening to my instincts they requested £200 deposit to confirm the flight which only had a 1 hour layover....after hearing other complaints i continously asked him if the price can change Mr Ali kept saying don't worry don't worry ...I had doubt so I kept asking he said don't worry don't worry ...I still kept asking tell I hear him clearly say no and he eventually said no the price won't change ....After paying the deposit he calls me back saying there has been a problem with the booking the airline has changed the flight duration Layover to 10 hours and the price has increased from £1400 to £2100 these prices I could of found my self they are deceiving thereafter I had n outside choice but to pay the remainder or lose the deposit ...there after he said he will compensate me with and emd and vip lounge access ...once arriving at the airport the airline said there is no such reservation for lounge access ..so he lied again ...t
