After making a payment for booking reservations the agent contacted me to pay the remaining balance before the initial time agreed. The pressure was so much with texts and calls during my busy working hours.

Worst travel agency in my life. They beg you to book cheaper ticket with them, calling you everyday to sell their product. Once you booked or pay a deposit, they called back to blame the airline has changed the price or date of travelling. They will do everything to trap you in. They refused to refund my deposit at all. Has to involved my bank and they refunded 50% of my deposit. From reviews,I can see they done it many times.
I do not recommend to use this company at all. People need to be careful with them.

I really appreciate how Zeeshan remembered that I told him I needed his help to do the check in for my flight back cause I was not able to do it on line. He called me to do that and when I asked him if he could do also for my husband although he bought his ticket on his own, to help us sit together he was happy to do it very good customer care very happy with his service

Zeeshan has been amazing in customer service, he called us the day before to help my wife to do the check in and also helped me although I bought my ticket on my own, to help us sit together. He remembered that my wife wasn't able to do her check in online amazing customer care

I was scammed by this company. Please never book flights from them. You will loose your money.

SAAd KHAN was very professional and respectful on approach when I was checking to purchase an air ticket to Nigeria. He was very patient with me, even when I no longer wanted to buy the ticket because of the high price. Finally, he helped me to find a relatively cheaper ticket for my trip to Nigeria. He is a good worker at his job.

Called the office in Aught 2025 to book a flight to Kenya. The flights available had stopover, and I did not mind that. I firmly Said as long as the stopover is not more than 45mins, I am okay with it. Informed Anna the reason was because of my special need 8 year old son. Agreed, got me a flight, sent 250 deposit. Agreed I will be paying by instalment and final payment will be made October. After 2 days, was called that I will need to pay off the balance within the same month, The tickets were for 4 passengers! That the airline cannot accept instalments since its pick season, Looked for the balance paid it at the end month. When I checked flights details, the stopover was for 9 hrs! Yes 9hrs! Anna did not realise it at first when I called and had to check. Refused to own up to her own mistake, blamed me for not checking early enough! Called numerous times for them to change the ticket, said I had to pay for the changes, refused to be picking my calls and a guy who finally picked up hanged the phone saying he had other customers to deal with. Never again to book flights with this company

Quoted £684 paid deposit on 9th Feb, went to pay balance on 10th Feb. Flight not available as per written email. Could do a flight with 2 stops inso 1 stop, on a later date. Not suitable for me. I would loose my deposit if I cancelled my booking, so opted for the original booking but at a price of £1129. If its too good to be true, it really is too good to be true

Ticket Finderz is an organisation that offers tickets for various airlines. They offer discounted tickets and promise to give a payment plan to clients. They called me last Saturday (31 January 2026) and offered me a ticket price of £750 (Heathrow to Accra, return flight with British Airways). I was told I will receive the airline reference number after the deposit, and I can pay the remaining amount by 31 May. After paying the deposit, they sent me a new payment deadline (6 Feb 2026). I called them to complain that this was not what was discussed over the phone. Ayesha (the agent) promised to speak to their ticketing department and get it sorted.

She later called me to say I should call the ticketing department myself to sort things out. I did, only to be told that the airline can no longer accept the payment plan until 31 May. So it's either I pay everything by 6 Feb or forfeit my £50.00. It was back and forth, and the call and emails until they sent another email today (9th Feb 2026) by one Anna with a new ticket price of £1790 (excluding my £50). Again, they failed to submit the airline reference number. Upon reading reviews, this has been a similar trend, and people are being scammed daily by them. They promise juicy deals, and once they get your deposit, the stories begin!
