I was looking for an off grid system for my Carthago Motorhome After hours of research I opted to go with Tiny Build Electrics Tom designed the ideal setup for our requirements and Charlie built the system so it looked like it came from the Carthago factory
I was so impressed with system I decided to have Charlie fit a Dometic Air Conditioning unit
I can’t recommend these guys enough an incredible system backed up by certification

built my first camper myself. got sent wrong diagram by the supplier i used. i rang tom his was super helpful. when i was ready to set all the victron equipment up i booked an hour slot. he set everything up setting wise went slightly over time. would highly recommend he was a pleasure to deal with. went on our first test trip for 3weeks across spain and france everything worked perfectly.

On my second project with TBE. Love working with Tom. An eye for detail and genuine enthusiasm for the work really comes across.

Well…. I am so glad I went with them. The schematic and resource package they send you has been totally invaluable!
To be honest I never really knew how much help I would need after buying my kit, but now being part of the TB community of likeminded people, via their WhatsApp groups, who have shared their knowledge with me has made my build possible. Not jut possible but with the knowledge it has been done correctly and to all current regulations and general best practices.

I recently got to know Tom from Tiny Build Electrics during the custom campervan wiring schematic service he provides. I must say that I was very impressed with the service I got from him. From start to finish Tom has given an impressive display of expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail-all of which had contributed towards a smooth and stress-free process.

Already from our first conversation, Tom demonstrated to me a rich understanding of electrical systems and how they must come together in campervan conversions. He paid attention to every detail of my requirements, making the wiring diagram suit my setup with appropriateness. For every question, like sizing up a DC-DC charger relevant to alternator capacity, how to handle battery management, or other electrical appliance demands. His perspective and understanding at that time is of immense importance to me.

This schematic was precise technically, and also it was very easy to follow in the details. There were assistive diagrams, annotations, and the supplementary information on the community drive is second to non, takes guessing out of the equation with respect to performing the actual install. Above and beyond that, Tom courteously gave seemingly no end of advice as to best practices, safety items-and suggestions for me to future-proof my project in anticipation of future upgrades.

Tom had provided a comprehensive quote which was articulated, for all materials needed. His choice of high-quality components came up with proper balance for fitting into budget and ensured that it all worked properly and lasted.

It's rare to have someone who so genuinely cares about a client's project. This is evident in all he does.

I came to Tom for some help after purchasing my full electrical system from another company ( vunked ) after seeing so many good reviews. They did quite well with helping me install most of my kit however through the process the wiring diagrams were incorrect and a few other bits were not working as they should be. This is when I contacted Tom after following him on Instagram from the very start of his journey and own van build, he was so helpful full of knowledge and extremely professional within a day of a few messages and some videos sent he picked up on things that needed changing and why my multiplus was not working. Now everything is running as it should. We are now in the process of setting up for a mobile consultation to finalise my system. I couldn’t be happier with the advice given. Thank you I highly highly recommend going with him for your electrics.

I had a 30 minute consultation with Tom to discuss my first Victron install on my transporter, mainly to run through the settings on the Shunt, DC-DC and MPPT charger. Tom is extremely knowledgeable and talked me through everything step by step a s actually ran over in time, but still took the time to explain everything in depth.
If you need any advice regardless of how big or small, Tom is your man.

Tom was super professional from the start and couldn’t be more helpful during the initial consultation in explaining everything. Certainly didn’t need convincing to purchase the kit from Tiny Build Electrics, it all arrived promptly with all the regulatory stickers/guidance and quality wiring! Amazing value for money.

We had the bespoke wiring diagram which comes as a handy PDF document, definitely needs printing on A3 as it is super detailed, containing all the links you need to dive into curricula material for more ‘in depth’ guides and explanations. “Trust in the wiring diagram” it really does help make the complex, simple.

The result, I managed finished install in only a few days and it worked perfectly first time. By taking the time to go with the wiring diagram, I found myself actually understanding and gaining confidence in what seemed like a very daunting task.

A few stand outs:
- Tom supplied an almost perfect amount of wiring, from the 230v wiring’s and various sized 12v twin core, I had very little waste left over and didn’t need to buy any extra!
- Programming the inverter for the first time, it needs to be programmed to your battery specs and I contacted Tom to acquire a predefined file for our Fogstar battery, which he uploaded within the hour to TinyBuild’s Google drive; enabling me to complete the job that night.
- The whole setup looks sweet! In hindsight, I feel stupid thinking I could have ‘figured it out’ without Tom’s guidance, so happy we went with Tiny Build Electrics.

If you are just starting out on your own van build, you absolutely must have an initial chat and formal consultation with Tom. Worth every penny.

Excellent service and advice from Tom. Great to have a 1to1 chat about any problems I was having. This is my 2nd build with Tom Excellent wiring diagram. Easy to follow even for a DIY person. Would recommend Tiny Build Electrics to anyone for there professional service.

We're in the early stages of a totally off-grid barn conversion. After many many hours of research I had some semblance of a plan but there were many areas I was a bit overwhelmed by and knew there was much I didn't know. A 121 consultation with Tom was well worth the modest fee and we stepped through my plan, my many questions and several other salient points.
