Respuesta de Toolsite.co.uk
Good morning Scott,
I am sorry to hear this and that you're unhappy with highland courier charges. Our delivery terms & conditions do indicate that highland deliveries are subject to additional carriage costs and the postcodes likely to face this.
We have no control over courier rates and these are the charges provided by DPD, TNT and our pallet network of couriers unfortunately.
It is disappointing that couriers charge more to your region but this is listed on our delivery page. I will reach out to you to offer a better explanation of this and I apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.
Kind regards,
Rob.
