Tough Leads Opiniones

Great item does the job with ease, unlike others the cable is central so the cover shuts with ease even with the large scale granny charger cable.

Perfect purchase.
Sales help reroute my order to the right address with no hassle. The lead works well

Product exactly as described and of good quality. Packaging and delivery great! First rate service

Alot of choices and found what I needed, site was easy to navigate, ordered item and the delivery was quick.
Will certainly use them again.

I Googled many times to find out if it was possible to use an external timer with my granny lead. Most timers were considered unsuitable due to the likelihood of over heating but Tough Leads came up consistently as a solution so I bought one from them.
I've had it about a month now and have deliberately delayed my review in order to be well acquainted with it. It's been perfect and the timer has an internal battery so you don't have to leave it switched on at the mains. This means that the timings aren't lost in a power cut which is important for us as we're in a rural area where this happens occasionally. The build quality is excellent and my only small criticism is that the display is so tiny that I had to use a magnifying glass to see my settings. However, I would highly recommend this excellent piece of kit to anyone in a similar situation.

fantastic company! Prices are very competitive and the product is of a very high quality - we've just bought an extension lead for our granny charger. What's more I let Adrian know we needed the order quickly, which he promptly escalated and we got it next day at no additional charge. Very swift communication and a great service - would definitely recommend

Top Quality EV Extension Lead. Adrain at customer service is a star, ordered and received within 2 working days. Wow unreal.
This company has got something amazing going on there.

Found what I was looking for very easy.
Quick delivery.

Fast shipping and delivery and a top quality durable product. Good responsive customer service too. Will use again in the future.

Brilliant service, fast and reliable. Highly recommended

I couldn’t be happier with the service from Adrian and this family run tough leads business. I accidentally ordered the wrong size lead, but when I emailed Adrian to explain, he responded quickly and sent out the correct longer lead straight away.
The original order arrived promptly, and the replacement was handled just as efficiently. It’s refreshing to receive such friendly, personal customer service these days. Thank you, Adrian, for going above and beyond! I highly recommend this business for both their excellent products and outstanding customer service 😊

Fantastic service, quick delivery and does the job perfectly.

The company prides itself on delivery of tough and reliable cable solutions and accessories. The customs service is excellent. Highly recommended!

Excellent fast service with clear comms at a very reasonable price for a high quality product - ‘granny charger’. Buy with absolute confidence

I will give the product 4.5 Stars and the ordering system 4 Stars..
Firstly the product is almost perfect. Having had to modify mine, I can honestly say the build is spot on. My only criticism is the following.
I'd like an optional switch in the weather box. The timer is a faf, but I want to keep the charger plugged in so having a switch in the wall socket would be useful. It maybe less safe but I'd like the option.
The lead comes into the wall socket from the top. I'd have liked it to come in the side. That could be simple options when ordering.
The lead between boxes is too long, 2m is shortest option. I think starting at 0.5 would be better.
I know there is a bespoke order you can do but standard will always be cheaper. I think my three suggestions aren't hard to incorporate in the website.
Using Royal Mail as the carrier is very much appreciated. Evri puts the fear of god into me.
The lead was delivered in 4 days which I'm more than happy with.
Buy with confidence..

My product hasn’t even arrived yet but I just had to review the fantastic service today by Adrian the Director. I had asked for my item to be shipped asap and he said not a problem. I then realised I had ordered the wrong item and again he said not a problem, went through his outward bound parcels, found my mistaken order and corrected it for me. He really went out of his way to help me. I cannot recommend enough. Fantastic UK family company who went over and above to help me. I wanted a secure safe product for my family and feel confident buying from this company.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Company and Outstanding Products!

Absolutely amazing from start to finish! The website is well laid out, easy to navigate, and makes finding exactly what you need incredibly simple. The ordering process was seamless and hassle-free, and my delivery arrived exactly when expected.

The quality of the products is exceptional and truly lives up to the Tough Leads name. They are durable, well-made, and offer incredible value for money. The pricing is fantastic considering the high standard of the products, which is why I've already placed further orders since my first purchase.

What really sets this company apart is its outstanding customer service. A special thanks to Adrian and the entire team, who went above and beyond to provide excellent support and ensure a great customer experience.

I highly recommend Tough Leads to anyone looking for top-quality products, excellent value, and first-class customer service. A company that genuinely deserves its 5-star rating! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bought my new campervan thinking it would come with the power leads to hook up at a campsite. Wrong - it didn’t. Had already booked a campsite and therefore needed the cable before heading of with only a few days.

Adrian at Tough Leads was great. Understood the situation and communicated with me over the weekend saying he would make it an urgent delivery without paying any additional for the postage. Cable arrived with two days to spare and the quality was excellent. If you are looking for high quality cables from a great company with excellent service, you should be using Tough Leads.

Thanks Adrian.

Cable arrived well packed and works. Cost wise it is not cheap but MAYBE better than some of the competitors on the Amazon etc. There are some reputable brands but i did not want to risk it.

Delivery time was bad. Ordered 22 June, 29 June item was picked up and received only 13 July. It does say this is a small office but tracking/updates could have been provided without the need of remider.

Some people fear the company has winded down but i did receive my cable. To be fair, on the tracking reminder (I had no correspondence since order 22 june til 01 july) Adrian has responded swiftly.

NB! The Seller is in UK, so for EU we pay tax which ramps up the costs well above competitors!

All in all:
+ Good product (nice to support production in Europe basides the fact that the component are Chinese)
- Slow processing and delivery
- Due to slow processing, total price paid seems to be disproportionate
---
Overal 3 star, which is on a lower side but definitely short of 4

Again, that is subject to myself living in Europe not UK!
