Water leak …
The car was booked in for investigation of a small water leak and the problem was quickly resolved and car when picked up had been washed and clean internally,second time I have used Tracks and service has been spot on both times.

His review of my car gave me a clear understanding of what needed to be done now and also for the future so I could plan for what may need to be done in my next service.

Hi ive just bought a car from tracks it was a real pleasure to do so jack who dealt wuth my sale was a very friendly and very helpful nothing was to much trouble always on the end the phone or text message or email for questions he went above and beyond and delivered everything he said he would in preparing the car and getting it ready for me to collect and helping me through the process of buying my car I would 100% reccomend buying a car from tracks

Heater matrix replacement on my 2009 Suzuki Jimny
I needed the heater matrix replacing on my 2009 Suzuki Jimny. An independent garage, along with local Suzuki dealers in the north west of England, were not enthusiastic about taking the job on. I contacted Tracks Suzuki, where the car was purchased in 2023. Anita, the Service Coordinator, was in touch straight away and got me booked in.
I am very pleased with the job the team at Tracks Suzuki have done. If you are looking for someone who knows the Suzuki Jimny inside out, I would definitely recommend Tracks Suzuki. It was well worth the 480 mile round trip to get my Jimny back on the road. Plus I had a mini break in Devon while I was there!

What a pleasure to deal this firm very smart showroom and all the staff are very smart we dealt with Jack who was very very helpful and patience with us thank you for that we picked up a new Suzuki Vitara what a lovely car the drive is surprisingly good and nippy lovely car tbh this dealership is definitely the best we have dealt with a real pleasure well deserved 5 stars
