Tracks are extremely competent maintaining my vehicle. They go way above and beyond what youd expect from a garage nowadays and nothing is too much trouble for them.All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming, not just “ front of house” staff, even the technicians as well- always a “can do” attitude….. wouldnt go anywhere else

Excellent customer service as always. Anita kept us fully up to date with our service and booking and advising us of our next appointment. We then saw Jack Gardner and Will Braddick who explained how to use our dash cam. So patient with us. We have moved out of the area, however still return to them for all our purchases and servicing. We wouldn't go to any other garage out of choice. 5 star service.

The minute we met Jack he was so positive about suzuki products, all the members of the team, he was full of information and help.
He came across as very honest and very good at what he does, but at the same time we never found him pushy, his knowledge was very reassuring.
He advised us to take the car out for as long as it takes on a test drive,to make sure it was right for us.
Before we spoke to suzuki I had a long conversation with a friend who tod me he had been dealing with them for over 10 years,and had nothing but positive thing to say about Tracks.

As usual 11/10. By far the best dealership in the area. Great in every department especially communication. Service was brilliant not much more i can say except great dealership, staff and of course the s cross and vitara as i have both.

Minor problem solved.
My s-cross was in because the satnav/infotainment system was playing up. A loan car was ready for me, so I was able to leave in a few minutes. A message telling me the car was ready arrived an hour earlier than expected, and upon picking up the car the system appears to work seamlessly. Thank you to the team for their good work.

We recently bought a very low-mileage…
We recently bought a very low-mileage Suzuki Vitara from Tracks in Exeter. Unfortunately, shortly after taking delivery, an unusual engine-management fault developed which proved more complicated to resolve than was initially expected.
I have to admit that having problems so soon after buying a car with under 3,000 miles knocked our confidence a little, both in the car and in the Suzuki brand, and inevitably in the dealership too. It wasn't the start to ownership that we had expected.
However, what really mattered to us was how Tracks responded. They took the problem seriously, continued investigating until they got to the bottom of it, collected the car from our home when it needed to go back to Exeter, provided us with a courtesy car, and carried out several days of test drives before returning it to us, valeted and with a full tank of fuel.
There was a point when communication could have been better, something Tracks themselves acknowledged, but overall we felt that they genuinely wanted to put things right and restore our confidence.
A special mention must go to Jack, who was helpful, friendly and a pleasure to deal with throughout.
Buying a used car isn't necessarily about everything being perfect, unexpected problems can arise. For us, the real measure of a dealership is how they respond when something does go wrong, and Tracks worked hard to resolve the problem and make sure we were happy with the outcome.
We now feel reassured that should we need them in the future, Tracks will be there to look after us.

Had a product recall for my suzukii e-Vitara
Had a product recall for my suzuki eVitara (minor part - not a safety issue). Booked the car in straight away - was informed at the time of booking how long the process would last. Had a reminder email the day before the booking. Turned up on the day for a "sit and wait" process. Comfy seating and WIFI access was provided. Anita was very professional and friendy. Car was completed in the time they allowed. They handed the car back freshly washed and hoovered. Very Happy customer
