Useless and non existent customer service.
Nobody answers the phone. I gave up after 3 calls lasting over 30 minutes on HOLD!!!
Get more staff to deal with customer queries, it is unacceptable that such a large company is so useless at dealing with customers

Had 10 x 8x4 plywood sheets off the pile at WSM before finding a flat one.
Ryan just popped up and helped me load them all back and then immediately cut my sheet up for me!
Look after him, this is customer care at its best!

Ordered items on their website they say lots of people have ordered over the last 48 hours. Next day delivery promised, then nothing. Took me 4 calls, on hold for 20 mins each time, speaking to staff who didn't know what they were doing, one even hung up on me! Finally got a refund, despite the website (and the B&Q website) saying still in stock and selling well. Avoid at all costs they lie, and customer service is awful.

Placed order. Not delivered. No response to multiple emails (sent different days). No one answers the phone. Utterly dysfunctional company. - My advise - AVOID.

I use the TRADEPOINT at the Bishopbriggs branch on a frequent basis. I have found all the staff very helpful and knowledgeable. This also extends to the store in general. Nothing is too much trouble, and purchases, exchanges, and returns are completed promptly. Today I had to return a new drill which did not work correctly and a box of tiles which, when opened, 4 were seen to be broken. JULIE, a member of the TRADEPOINT STAFF, was very helpful, showed genuine concern, and resolved the matter within a few minutes. Worth the 10 points, but with all other transactions defo worth more than the 10. In summary excellent TRADEPOINT and store. Cannot fault it.

Set up an account for Trade supplies, obviously as its Tradepoint, and you have to ring up for a VAT invoice every time you want one for every order!!? The clue is in the name, of course trades people need a VAT invoice - I will not be using this company again! Took 6 minutes of my time just to request this and go through the call and security, this does not make sense at all.

Very slow delivery. Times stated keeps changing. Only ordered 2 pots of paint but I could have walked to B&Q and back 1000 times.
I'll avoid this service in future.

Tradepoint at B&Q when ordering for an online delivery are completely useless, I ordered 6 items they delivered one and could not tell me when I would get the balance, I cancelled the complete order and they will not complete my refund until the goods have been collected from me, which is going to take 3 days to call me back, not acceptable.

This is the worst service I’ve ever received from Abacus delivery. Hopeless, many phone calls, lots of questions, going around the circles but noting happens. Its not the first time and its not a good business B&Q!. It needs a single point delivery system! Different companies delivering different items do not work!

Was in bq to day and had DeWalt 5 ah battery on offer cohbi found one and everyone else was saying they had none in stock but I got what I wanted thanks to cohbi she is one of the best members of staff

I ordered 35 paving slabs and they delivered 27, which were wrapped in plastic on a pallet. By the time I could open the wrapping and count the slabs the delivery driver was gone. Reported to customer service and emailed with no response for 11 days now.

Just tried to order from tradepoint. Placed a delivery and it went through and came back as ordered and would be delivered on the 30th April 2025 even though we chose and paid for 2 day delivery. I called the helpline which was surprisingly overseas event hough this store is part of B&Q. I was told by their assistant that she could not cancell my order. And that it would take 2 days to cancell and then a further 7 days to get my money back. The assistant Annastasia was rude and abbrasive. I will never use this store or B&Q. BUYERS BEWARE.

IT WOULD BE A -10 IF IT WAS AVALABLE. AS A TRADEPOINT MEMBER I AM TRYING FOR 1.5 HRS TO GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE ABOUT A DELIVERY. STILL ON HOLD AND NO NEARER TO TALKING TO SOME WHO CAN HELP ME.DELIVEREY NOT TURD UP AND CUSTUMER WAITING FOR PRODUCT. FOR ME ITS BACK TO MY LOCAL SUPPLYERS AND NO MORE TRADE POINT

I went to pick up garden fencing concrete post from Slough B&Q.I loaded everything on one trolly,after pushing to till I was exhausted, when Gurdip kauri saw me she asked me are you OK?. And told me not to brought it near counter and she came to me and scan and offers me water to drink,which I forgot in my van.very good coustmer care.

Called at the NEW B/Q at Rotherham was helped by Gilly and Ryan they both were brilliant very helpfull lots of advice could not have been more helpfull 10 out of 10 for them both.
Will use this store again if in dout about anything and need help track them down in store .

Accidentally ordered from TradePoint before I realised they were B and Q in disguise, imagine my horror when I found out! So I rang up to be told that my doors were on their way and would be delivered, even though I had no delivery text or email. Of course they didn't turn up haha what did you think, that a miracle would happen? So for the second time in a month I'm trying to get my money back of this rip-off joke of a company!

6 cans of paint ordered for decorator. Due to arrive yesterday, phoned twice yesterday, first time they said their systems were down so couldn't check, second time they said items will defintely arrive on the 16th. They didn't.
Today is the 17th and paint still not here, when I phoned them, they put me on hold and said they cannot contact deliveries and just apologised. I have no paint and a decorator waiting and need to go out and try to find it in a store. I have health issues and this issue has really made things extremely difficult for me. Will not be using again! Order 1046053117.
Just called now. 2 cans arrived. They have no idea when the other 4 will arrive!!

Utter shambles. A dreadful app where if you click on a return initiated in-store for one item on an order you get told that an error has occurred try later.

A complaint to customer services about incorrect delivery charges (two charges even though the total order value should have had free delivery) was ignored.

A phone call was met with a very rude lady who said ‘we have been on the phone for 8 minutes so please call back later when you have confirmed address. - the account address had for some reason been switched to a delivery address but she didn’t converse just put me on hold then said call back.

A promise from them to investigate my issues and respond back never happened so we had to call again.

Eventually we did get a bit of discount for the damaged item (they were out of stock so could not get a replacement and some BS about delivery charges.

Compare this shambles to the customer service from Selco. A review I posted at their request was responded to before I had left the car park and dealt with immediately.

B&Q / Tradepoint Customer Service staff just want you off the phone as quickly as possible. They don’t seem empowered to do anything.

Free delivery at Selco. A few kitchen doors at Tradepoint has a ‘large order charge’ of £10 - even though they don’t offer collection - and a minimum value - what a joke.

Why any trade person would shop here is now beyond me.

I can't access my account online so have decided to close my account and go with another company. After multiple attempts trying to deal with this new and pointless enforced portal, I give up.......
