Exemplary Service
I only started using Tradepoint at the start of April when the Covid pandemic started and they have been exemplary throughout. I previously used Wickes for most job orders but they seemed to fall apart at the start of March and haven't recovered, missed deliveries, items missing and lead times of over 5 weeks for the simplest of items.
Every time I have used Tradepoint for a delivery it arrives on time, the prices are keen and the staff instore are friendly and welcoming. The separate entrance for Tradepoint customers as well means life is so much easier when you need to pick up a few materials but don't want to spend an hour in the general public queue.
