I was searching for the right ticket at the right price but not easy to be sure which ticket to buy until Aisha came along to help me.

I read that they 1st take your deposit and then bump up the price when you're ready to pay the balance in full. So Al! from their CS team emailed me some very cheap flights that sounded too good to be true because it was the cheapest everywhere. I replied with:
"Thank you for your email. I just have 2 questions. If I were to make reservation today and make the full payment today:
1. When will I receive my itinerary and flight confirmation?
2. Can you assure me that once I make the payment in full today, I won’t be told that the price has gone up or the airline has increased the price so I should pay more?"
He called to assure me I said I needed it in writing so I'd appreciate it if he could simply respond to my email telling me exactly what he told me on the phone. He said OK but ghosted me since.
To this day no response after telling me in his email that "I have reserved this for you until Close of Business Today.". I called his office numerous times but he was either always busy or unavailable and hasn't called me back. This was over a week ago. Get your assurances via email or avoid booking with them. Most of the positive reviews are fake! Avoid this company or at least get your assurances in writing. You've been warned. Don't cry later if you don't listen

This site is full of scam. Everything advertised is fake. Don't be tempted by the prices advertised and the positive reviews, its just to scam you. They will rotate you round to take your deposit or in the end pay double price. BE AWARE OF THIS SITE

I have always used to book my flights online with airlines when travelling. But this time around I thought to make a change so tgat the travel agents can also improve their business to make ends meet.
I contacted this agency called Flights and tickets. And boy they were helpful. The consultant who dealt with my tickets search bay tge name Jason Foster was greatly helpful. Though he managed to hold my seat reservation for a long time before I was ready to book it. Jason was brilliant. I will recommend friends and family to consider Flights and tickets for their travels.
