They promised me a price, took a deposit and gave me a payment date to make the full payment and reassured me that the price was secure and locked in by making the deposit however on the payment date they informed me that the price had increased
by £150.

This company had a lot if fake reviews be careful

-000 star. Please, please, please run away from this fraudulent travel agency. They are not credible at all. I found them through Expedia in December 2022 to buy a ticket. They called me back and asked me to pay £85 holding deposit to secure my flight and balance due on 5th Jan 2023. When I called to pay the balance, they told me that price has increased by more than £150. I asked them that the reason why they ask me to pay the deposit was that the booking had been secured. I ask for my refund and they said admin fee of £15 will be deducted. I have now been chasing them and it has been one excuse after the other. They are not genuine and do not pay them any deposit if you love yourself. BE WARNED!!!

Beware about this company. They are just cheater. Mr Ali was my agent.
They cheated not only me but also my friend. First they will offer you very good and cheap tickets and will take £200 deposit. After that they will give you a date after 20 to 30 days to pay the full amount. But when you will ask for the tickets they will tell you that tickets not available. You will get nothing. Then they will offer you the tickets of higher prices. If you reject it, they will ask you to send them email to cancel the tickets. You should not cancel yourself, then you will get no refund. You should email them to make a complain and for the refund. They will not give you cash refund, you will be offered a coupon or voucher. Because I have previous experience of this type of cheater company, I called my bank straightaway for a dispute case against them and my bank refunded my money.
So be careful before going to them. Don't just get convinced with few good reviews 👌.
