I was helped by a lovely lady called Urwa and she was exceptionally patient with me! She gave me loads of options when I tried to secure an urgent ticket and made sure she was ontop of things at all times! She wanted me to have the best travel experience with the budget I was ready to work with and she came through! Her customer service ethics and her attitude was exceptional.

Fraud agency. They will confirm a price ticket to you and ask you to pay a deposit of £100. They will not let you pay for the ticket immediately. When you want to pay or the ticket, they will put you on “qeue” of hours and tell you the ticket price has gone up and try to force you to pay more. I will report the scam to the flight companies.

I would normally read reviews about online companies like this but because I had used a sister company of travel and tickets before I did not read reviews in advance. Nigerians wishing to travel to Lagos or Abuja should avoid this travel agent because they a dubious and fraudulent. They will confirm a price ticket to you and ask you to pay a deposit. Note, they will not let you pay for the ticket immediately. When you then want to pay or the ticket, they will tell you the ticket price has gone up and try to force you to pay more or loose your deposit. Note, always insist on paying for the ticket immediately and not pay a deposit. If your ticket is not issued within a couple of hours, ask for you money back.
Secondly, always pay with your credit card so you have the recall of the credit card funds if they refuse to give you back you money.
They are not trust worthy.

PLEASE AVOID THESE FRAUDSTERS
They are not genuine. They have no links to any airline company including British Airways. They also have no finance department as they always claim. They demand £100 payment as a reservation for an airline ticket. They then tell you the price of the ticket for the reservation has increased. They will come up with all sorts of fake stories including not able to refund any money paid.

Their reviews are not genuine reviews. They are all bought and manufactured. I've reported them to ACTION FRAUD and the Met Police. Interpol and the India police and government have also been made aware. The address they use is someone's residential address.

Additionally, investigation revealed that the people behind this fake TRAVEL AND TICKETS company are the same people running the fake FLIGHT AND TICKETS too.

Most of them have English names including Maya, Abraham, Zain etc. and they are all fake names.

PLEASE AVOID THEM, AND IF YOU'VE EVER BEEN DEFRAUDED BY THEM CONTACT MET POLICE.

This company are the worse companies in ticket sales. They will give you a fair ticket price and ask you to pay the deposit and after paying the deposit, you won’t hear from them again. You will chase them with calls and all you get is empty promises and later tell you the price has gone up. No deposit refund if you don’t go with there. My advice is always use your credit card to make any payment as this is secure to get back your money.

Abraham was friendly and professional. He was honesty and clear in his explanations.
