I am almost certain that most (if not all) the positive reviews for this business are fabricated! Also I am certain that they are using fake names that they keep changing to hide their true identity. I got a call almost a year ago when i was looking to purchase a ticket and i made the gentleman confirm to me multiple times that this was legitimate and that if i needed to get my deposit back i could. I wanted assurances!! He gave them. Not long after I had paid the deposit the ticket price offered was increased!!! What?? So i told him I had found a better deal elsewhere so can i have my deposit back?? Guys its been almost a year (!!!) and the excuse has repeatedly been that the airline (TAP - Portugal) has not paid the deposit back to them (ludicrous...never heard of such a thing). I then get a rushed call last week saying they are ready to pay the refund while being rushed to respond to the email that had been sent - turns out in the rush i was agreeing to receive £10.07 of my £80 refund while the remainder would be given as a credit voucher! Meanwhile the lady on the phone to me was saying something completely different while rushing me to agree to her email that said something else!! I am beyond livid and completely in awe that they somehow think it is ok to treat customers like dogs. DO NOT BE SUCKED INTO THEIR LIES!!

It seems this company have a bit of a reputation of offering a reasonably priced ticket, taking a deposit and then a few days later wanting the full price paying which turns out to be considerably more than that quoted. In short they are a bunch of sharks and Abraham is the biggest shark followed by the girl in accounts. Have nothing to do with them is my best advice.
28/09/2025 So, this company have stooped to a whole new level. Having decided not to take up the offer of a the increased charge for my flight to the USA, they wouldnt refund the whole deposit I had paid in cash, saying it was not their policy as described in their terms and conditions and that it was a voluntary cancellation as I had chosen to cancel. However if I had been able to book the ticket at the initial price quoted of £499 and had not had to wait, as advised by them (so they could see my passport), to pay the full ticket price, there would have been no need for me to cancel. As it turns out now, having paid a deposit, they will now only refund part of the deposit in cash and the rest in an Air Miles voucher, of which I can only use £40 at a go!!! They have also blamed the hike in the ticket price on the airline, the airline of course denied this or least denied that they would have put the price up by such a tremendous amount.

Very disappointing agent:

I initially saw a flight ticket priced at £504 and was ready to pay the full amount upfront. However, the representative I spoke with advised me to pay only a deposit since my travel date wasn’t until October. She reassured me that if anything changed, I would be entitled to a full refund of my deposit.

The very next day, I received an email stating that the remaining balance had to be paid by the following working day—Monday. When I called to settle the payment and provided my reference number, I was shocked to learn that the ticket price had increased to £670. This was the same agent I had spoken to 3 days before and she claimed the price hike came from the airline, but that made no sense—especially since I had already paid a deposit, which should have locked in the original fare.

I asked for a refund of my £100 deposit, but was told I’d have to pay a cancellation fee. In the end, I received only £12 back.

Please be cautious and don’t trust this agency. I ended up purchasing the exact same ticket directly from the airline on the same day for £558—significantly less than what they tried to charge me.

We got our air tickets with URWA and was so helpful and everything was perfect

My experience with Urwa was one of excellence. I had an issue that had seem hopeless but Urwas' calmness and patience expresses her professionalism in managing difficult situations. Urwa stayed on the phone with me and helped me to resolve my situation which is quite outstanding for me as this is not always the case. People are sometimes left on their 6. own to work issues out. I was left relieved and happy with the flight choice I had received. Keep it up Urwa, thank you for your brilliance!!!.

Reading previous Reviews it seems that they have a pattern of offering Air Tickets at a reasonable price.

A deposit is paid to secure it.

Booking / Reference number given that has nothing to do with the Airline

Time for payment. The price is increased by £300 + Flight is not available.

They blame the Airline and REFUSE to return the deposit.

There are many Good Honest Ticket Agents out there.

Urwa Hafeez was very helpful and patient agent! Even though the process isn't straight forward but at the end I got what I wanted.

They are scammers. They made me deposit £80 for a booking that they won't end up confirming, only to come up with an extremely high price the next day with a change of travel plans, meanwhile, the same alternative later presented was found way cheaper from another company.
Avoid them by all means, please. They can so put one under duress to pay ASAP.

Following several emails and phone calls from them, I put down this post earlier because they promised to refund my money. It's a month already and they still haven't gotten to their 10 working days, I've raised a dispute with my bank.

Please avoid this company by all means.

We paid a deposit for two tickets to Mauritius. We were given a price and was asked to pay a deposit of £120.00 and if we cancel the deposit will be refunded full. The next day when we call to make the full payment, we were informed that the tickets has gone up by £400.00. They said that we can pay the asking price and that they will give us travel voucher for the value of £400. which we can use on any airline for up to one year. After a long argument, we were informed that if we cancelled the deposit will not be refunded. I have contacted the Credit card company to raise a dispute. watch this space They also use fake names

Episode 2. 21/6/25
I received a call from the account department yesterday to informed me that they will refund my deposit on the condition that I take "down the review" I said that I will do that after I received the refund. She said, "I AM DAMAGING THE REPUTATION OF HER COMPANY" After a heated argument she said that if I do not take down the review, she will not refund me the deposit and hung up. I have raised a despite with the Credit Card Company and prepare to take this to the Online small claim court.
