I received good service from Ibrahim. The airline offer quality service. Their food is excellent.

I received a good service from Abraham. He did all he can to source out a good flight for me when the one originally booked had a glitch. Abraham was respectful and calm. I have used Travel and Tickets before and had no problems with them. I hope it stays that way.

Abraham was very helpful and took his time to get me the tickets I wanted. I was very skeptical from the beginning but he put my mind at rest.

Yet to board the flight and will write another review after my holiday.

This is fraud travel agent, I was trying to purchase tickets for me and children and my sisters to go Kingston Jamaica when I called I told her the date and month wish to travel, Maria told us it was £680 for each tickets, so I said I wanted to buy 6 tickets straight away, only to see that she took a deposit and not the full amount for the tickets, I call Maria back and she was very rude no Customer service skills , Maria claimed that it was a deposit, she sent us a fake reference number for British Airlines when I checked it was saying error,then she sent a email of of virgin airlines to Montego Bay airport and travel date changed and increased of flights ticket £690 ,I sent a email to her saying Maria this is the last time i am going to respond to you. Please refund me my money , No tickets were booked nor did you abide by our request with the correct flights.

Fake reference number was given to us when we checked British Airways there was nothing there and I still awaiting my £250 that I paid
Booking reference FILE number: TT-5733 I advise people not to use this airline because they are scammers and fraud updates 1/April 2024 I called the travel agency regarding my refund after 1 months of back and forth emails requesting my refund , I spoke to one of the customer service and they said I will be getting my refund in 3 days, on the 2 April I got a called from that rude Maria telling me I should remove my review are I will not get my refund, I told her I will not remove my review , this morning 3 April 2024I wake up only to see a refund of £200 in my account they still hold on to £50 saying it’s for cancellation fees when I never ask to cancel any flights , please be careful everyone don’t use this travel agent.

This company has the worse customer service especially Maria and the person that claims to be her manager Danyal. I’ve experienced the same as all the other negative reviews. Maria will promise you the rates of the tickets will stay same and all you need to pay is the £100 deposit first. She will send you tickets with the remaining balance after paying the deposit but when you are ready to pay the balance she will send you a ticket with a different airlines and higher price, claiming the rates have gone up. They also refused to take a fully payment because I was ready to make a payment earlier than they expected. When you request for a refund on the £100 deposit they will say they cant issue a refund because the airlines will penalise them. They will offer you a percentage of the refund in cash and the remainder in air miles. They will offer you the refund over the phone but when you request them to put it writing they will refuse and use delay tactics like blaming the airlines for not replying to them. I spoke to my bank about the payment I made and the bank details they sent me to transfer them the full payment. My bank warned me not to make a payment with them as they wanted me to transfer cash to them instead of making a cash payment online. Payment made to them via transfer won’t be protected and the bank won’t be able to retrieve any payments. I would advise to book tickets with trusted companies/ websites online and not with anyone that contacts you via phone. I’M VERY SURE ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS HAVE BEEN WRITTEN BY THEMSELVES. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU DONT WANT TO LOSE MONEY. THEY ALSO GO BY ANOTHER NAME TRIPS & HOLIDAYS.

Maria was amazing and dealt with any issue I had, making sure I was happy with the service.

Not good company. Just make a deposit with a promised that my ticket total cost is £510.99 to Philippines. I asked Maria if the rate will change. She assured me no changes. Next day I received another email with different amount. I questioned her and she is rude. That day I asked my credit card about and am disputing it because I have two emails Maria with different amounts. I book a different website and it went through just few minutes. So please I warned people these site are FRAUD because you trust them but they are taking advantage your circumstances and not truthful. Hope the government bodies will look after this SCUMBAGS!

Yes i totally agree with previous comment. i paid deposit and was told to pay by certain time. i rang Maria and she said don't worry once deposit is paid you have no problem. i finally rang to pay the remaining balance Maria said prices have changed and i have to pay more i said that was not the agreement. she started being rude no customer service skills. when you ring no response. they are fraud. they have no complaints team to contact. dangerous agency. AVOID THEM

Total scammers. They promise you everything and after taking your money thay don't care anymore. Please avoid this travel agency. They are liars.
