Total scammers. They promise you everything and after taking your money thay don't care anymore. Please avoid this travel agency. They are liars.

Be careful of this company

They do not do what they promise they say they will do. Like other customers that have complained they do not seem legitimate.

This company is a total fraud. A lady by the name of Maria is absolutely Rude and had no customer service skills. They take your deposit like others have complained about and then cancel it in order to make money out of you. It is a scam!

Worse travel agency - fake prices, they take your deposit and promise you a fixed price however increase it later.

They post fake reviews on here too, don't not use, they will take your money and not give you what you want

I bought tickets in Sept-Oct 2023 for myself and family via this travel agent. Since I paid for the ticket straight away, I had no issues with any price change. My issue is with lies and empty promises made by Abdul, one of the agents. He promised that we will have access to VIP lounge in Egypt, that was a lie as we were turned away because its on reserved for business travelers. He promised to give £100 for an hotel stay as our stop over was 11hrs long and we had a baby. That £100 never materialised. I ended up booking the hotel myself making the overall cost much higher than I planned. I hate dishonesty and I've decided I will avoid using this agents in the future. In fact, I normally book my ticket online directly. But someonehow I got a phone call from this agent while doing that and l decided to give it a go. But l now regret that decision.

They are scammers and frauds. They need to be stopped scamming people. As usual as a lot of people have commented. They collected the deposit but refuse to provide the e-ticket as promised and wanted my passport too. Forget about the good comment they might have done it themselves they are fraudulent it is a no go area. Why are they still operating as they keep on stealing from people without providing services. Ticket thieves and criminals.

Maria has been very helpful with all my enquiries, always there to help with my requests, and very understanding.

Great organisation and experience by Maria, She understand what she is doing and how to talk to a customer.

My experience wasn’t quite pleasant. I spoke with Maria on the 28th of August after which I paid a holding fee for my flight ticket to pay the balance the following day 29th of August which was contained in the email link used to pay the holding fee.

The following day being 29th August i spoke with a gentleman who informed me his the one in charge of my booking and stated there has been changes to the ticket fare and I will be paying for the new fare. He said this without properly explaining the changes in a polite manner. I asked to speak with Maria he told me that his the one handling my booking.

After all said I paid the additional fare and this gentleman informed me the E-ticket will be issued within 15mins. Could you believe it took several hours yet this gentleman didn’t get back to me not even a curtesy call to explain any reason for the delay and disregard.

It took me calling back and luckily Maria answered and she was able to issue the E-ticket. I didn’t know why this gentleman behaved the way he did but certainly this disregard is not acceptable.

Maria was very helpful and was able to provide some of the answers to the questions that bothered me.

I got to know about this company in March. Maria rang me to tell me of great travelling promotions that was going on. I booked for a holiday through her. I must confess that Maria is very dedicated, motivated and professional. She's a very lovely and hearty lady. She has always been very helpful and supportive towards me.

Maria is a nice lady when I booked my ticket on19th of August 2023. She treated very well and I hope to do more bookings through this lady my name is Adam Lubega

Excellent customer service. I had Maria helping me with the whole process and she was really professional and helpful throughout the whole ticket buying process. It is not a scam and I've bought many tickets from them before and I have never lost my money.

These people are really cunning and highly unreliable, they are skillful at their scam and know how to pressurise their victims to pay a £100 deposit within a very short time to reserve a seat on a flight which the victim has made inquiry online. They certainly will dupe you or make you to pay about £300 more than what you agreed to pay deposit for.

If you trust any good rating anywhere online, it's at YOUR PERILS.

A lady in their team (name requested to be removed in this review) lied to me that they had paid me £41 from my £100 deposited since May claiming the airline won't refund my whole £100 deposited but today 20th of July, I was told by this same lady who initially told me they have sent the money into my account that they will not pay me no penny.

Unfortunately, once they have your money, there is no way you can get it back.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

(I will like to add that I was fortunate a bit as I was able to raise a dispute on the £100 payment I made to this very unprofessional people, and luckily with all the email communication I had with the lady and other colleagues of her, I was able to provide the email in pdf and sent to my bank which finally refund my £100 as I paid with my credit card.)

travelandtickets are scammers, scammers,scammers. I paid one hundred [100] pounds for a ticket to new york for my son to travel on the 26 of June, and I have been calling for weeks with no answer. I was contacted on the 27 of June by travelandtickets saying they didn't receive any call, I asked for my money to be returned I was told I will never receive my money back by the agent. BE AWARE OF TRAVELANDTICKETS.

These people are scammers and Thieves. Please don't believe the positive results. They would collect your deposit and you would not get it back. Imagine collecting thousands of pounds sterling daily from innocent people. Good that I used my credit card and I was able to request for a dispute immediately. They are using non reality people to boost the rating. Maria made a reservation for me to Nigeria. I made £100 deposit. First, I detected a fault with the booking checking with the airline. She assured me that it was fine to make final payment on the 1st of May. Then on that day, they started their drama, turning me from one person to another Cristina. She was very rude. The next day I was passed on to their so called supervisor who gave me another price twice more than initial amount.
They requested for my passport as if they are genuine. I have made a report to authority.
I have used travel agent before but this one PLEASE DONT USE THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS. They are not UK bases travel agent.

Simply superb, excellent and cheaper way to travel, very easy and convenient. I love my experience
