Excess Charge to me for a Missing Order that you lost
One part of this order went missing on you side. As a result, I had to order again. When I did, I was charged a considerable amount for the new (separate) order:
Shipping Fee: ZAR409.50
Customs: ZAR728.13
(Approx US$65)
Since the lost order was your fault, I did not expect to be charged again for shipping and customs.
I am not likely to use Ubuy again.

I placed my order on 7 Oct 2022 around 12:30pm. I've just tracked my order today (11 Oct 2022), and the status says as off 5:16Am (10 Oct 2022)" On FedEx vehicle for delivery". The next item below that says delivered (with a tick). I haven't received anything yet. I'm in South Africa. Should I be worried?

Excellent service; box is good enough but not perfect!
Excellent service, quick & accurate delivery and communications. The omiebox itself is the best I have found to keep all parts of my 6 and 7 yr olds’ school lunches in one box (warm food stays warm for 4hrs; the other compartments are good to hold napkin, cutlery and desert). Disadvantages of the box are that it is heavy (but my children don’t mind), takes a lot of space in my dishwasher because lid can’t be taken apart from the box, water gets in between the walls of the box during the wash cycle, it is time-consuming to drain that water out of the box through the tiny hole at the back (if I don’t drain it the box becomes even heavier and it leaks in my child’s schoolbag).
