The customer service I have received…
The customer service I have received from this company is outstanding. I honestly can’t remember when I have ever had such fantastic customer service. Colin at Bertazzoni has gone above and beyond to help me ensure I have the correct set-up for the new induction hob I bought. His knowledge is fantastic, not just about the cooker but also about the electrical wiring requirements needed. I have contacted him several times and every time he has been extremely helpful. I had a slight issue with a cosmetic feature which he resolved instantly and his team then dealt with it. The Bertazzoni cooker is an exceptional piece of kit. It looks beautiful and the quality and craftsmanship is fantastic. I can’t recommend this company enough. Thank you Colin for your support.

Stylish and sturdy
Looks good and is sturdier than other range cookers I’ve had. However, have had to buy a timer as there is not one built in. Would also like the zones on the induction hob to be more defined, as I often don’t place a pan correctly.

Avoid this company…
Avoid this company if you care about decent customer service and after sale care. They have very poor customer service skill and their first and only solution to any issue is to send out an engineer from a third party organisation. These guys are trained to be very argumentative and disrespectful and in this way Bertazzoni are able to get them to do their dirty work. Basically Bertazzoni’s attitude is that they won’t help you if they can help it and once they have your money they no longer want to hear from you.
I have contacted them many times and provided evidence of safety issues with my gas hob. I have said I am happy to exchange it for a cheaper model but one that does not pose a safety issue. They have dismissed everything I have said and the evidence I have provided and not given me any solution or help. Instead they got the manager of the repair team from the third party to call and bully and abuse me over the phone.
Like I said please avoid the company if you care for customer service, your money and sanity. I will be looking to take this higher legally.

Great product. Great customer service
We have recently acquired a Bertazzoni Professional Series 120cm dual-fuel range cooker. It's relatively early days but we could not be more pleased with the choice we made: having two identically-sized ovens with identical functions makes cooking so much easier than having to juggle food between different ovens with different functions and the ovens cook beautifully. The gas burners seem very efficient.
When delivered one of the legs did not adjust properly but Bertazzoni sent out a replacement leg overnight so that the cooker's installation could be completed in time for the adjoining worktops to be installed. Thank you!

Love my new Bertazzoni range cooker.
Just love my new Bertazzoni range cooker. We chose the 120cm wide model with twin electric ovens, 6 gas burners and an electric griddle plate. It's a dream to use, the ovens cook well, and cakes rise evenly. Looking forward to experimenting with steaks, fish, prawns etc on the griddle as I've only used it for bacon and homemade burgers so far, but they were great, more fun and easier than using frying pans and less washing up!
It has easy to use controls and useful functions without fiddly gimmicks. All in all a fabulous quality range cooker which looks amazing in our new kitchen, it's a real centre piece and visitors immediately admire it.
Can't recommend Bertazzoni enough.

Professional series 90cm oven
We purchased a Professional series 90cm double oven with the additional wok gas hob, and are extremely happy with both the overall build quality and great range of cooking functions that it provides.
Having recently completed a full kitchen refresh, this complements the space perfectly and is superb for preparation & cooking. We selected the yellow paint option, the impact this has in the kitchen has attracted so many positive comments from everyone who sees it for the first time!
A matching professional extractor hood was also purchased, which is extremely quiet and has a very useful ‘boost’ mode which is ideal when cooking multiple items or large family meals on the hobs. Fantastic sales and after care service from Bertazzoni UK, Thank You.

Carbonio built in ovens have finished off our kitchen in style. Functionality is great, with very easy to use display, and plenty of space and rack options for cooking. The venting hob does the perfect job for our island, creating a clean modern feel. Very happy!

Brand new and Fridge not working - 1 week for engineer to come out
Brand new Tom Howley kitchen and brand new Bertazzoni Fridge and freezer. First day of switching g on, fridge keeps throwing up an error message and have had to switch off - have to wait a week for an engineer. I would actually like a replacement- not impressed at all.
