Excellent subscription service for dental chews for my parsons jack. She loves them and last very well. They inform me just before order is due to enable me to pause, delay or even cancel my order which gives flexibility really excellent and convenient.

Fussy dog that actually eats this food
The food was suggested by my vet as Archie my little dog constantly had upset stomach. I told the vet he would not eat it as he only eats roast chicken. Day one, put the food down and watched as he ate the lot ha ha. He stomach is settled and he eats it everyday now. When I order it, it is posted out quickly which is brilliant.

Purchased based on vet recommendation
Purchased based on vet recommendation, delivery was quick and very well packaged, my dog is tolerating the change of food too and has started to lose some weight. Glad to have changed suppliers, we often had problems with unreliable deliveries from Zooplus and poor packaging. Looking forward to ordering again, it’s not cheap but assuming that the price reflects the improved packaging and carrier service.

Brilliant for cat with bladder problems
After my cat suffers with bladder issues and had to have his bladder unblocked with a very costly bill for recovery, my vets recommended to get the Urology Cat Food U3 biscuit to encourage more water intake. What a game changer! He now drinks soo much more water and fingers crossed hasn’t had any issues since. I have the subscription for every 5 weeks as the bag lasts a while along side wet food. Delivery is quick and always get an email a about 4 days before incase I need to change the subscription (started off every 3 weeks but realised it was lasting way longer) A great company would highly recommend
