Great product, great customer service
We've just got a new car and having had one of these previously that held up well to wet dog and recycle centre runs had to get another. Was all a bit rushed as needed ahead of our holiday. Contacted the team and they pulled a rabbit out the hat to help me out. Seriously couldn't be happier.

I can see from the customer service email exchanges that you have the incorrect armrest style and was advised we did not have an alternative to suit you seats, this can of course be returned back to us for a refund, please let the customer service team know and they can provide the return details.
Mini Clubman boot protector
I purchased a Mini Clubman boot protector. Initially an incorrect one was sent to me but customer service is excellent and all was speedily rectified. The cover itself is of superb quality and I would recommend them if you want to protect your car. Thank you

Customer services were pretty good to…
Customer services were pretty good to deal with, but were told that if we ordered by Friday, items would be delivered Tuesday. This did not happen, it was another few days after this.
Product itself is good, looks quite well made.

Long Lead Time
A very long lead time with no explanations until after 3 weeks I called them. Good product once it finally turned up.

Poor quality products
Honda S2000 roof stand. Poor quality chipped product, with even worse after sales 'service.' Once they have your money, they don't care. Go elsewhere.

I am sorry to see this negative review, unfortunately I cannot see any order information for you to be able to look into this. Our customer service team try to help as much as possible so this sounds very unusual.
Awful company, poor quality, avoid.
The laser dinghy boat cover I purchased lasted for 16 months. The material faded and rotted and the wind blew a big hole in the cover. Custom covers were not interested in helping, said it was out of warranty so tuff.

Without knowing how the cover has been cared for (re-proofed etc..) over the time-frame and with it being out of the 12 month warranty we are unfortunately unable to resolve this. Our customer service team would not respond in the manner depicted.
