Update: if I could give less than one star I would. The customer service I have received has been horrendous. I would not recommend this company at all!
Startled awake at 6:30 in the morning… thought someone was breaking into my home! What kind of professionals would clean a window at that time in the morning? Canceled immediately!

If I could put a minus review I would. I have never met a more immoral company in my life. You need to be very VERY careful about what you input online using their quote site. The companies communication skills are awful. Sorry! But you need to think twice when using this company's on line quote system. Safe to say I am furious with these sharks.

Went for a quote,they took it as a job. They turned up, not contact, did the job and demanded £87.50. Do not use this dodgy company.

This company has contacted me numerous times to pay a debt of an unknown amount for a window clean which never took place. I have emailed them back multiple times with no response and tried calling the contact number on their website which rings out then answers to a strange buzzing sound. I contacted them beginning of the year for a window clean which they had booked in and then rearranged via txt and email they have never attended my property I've never had anything through my letterbox to pay for a window clean and now threatening emails and texts said they will have debt collectors involved. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from this company

Following on from my previous review of this company, they have attended my property again, attempted to clean my windows, pushed an invoice through my door expecting me to pay for my windows cleaning WHICH I DID NOT WANT IN THE FIRST PLACE. I'm beginning to suspect that this company is a money laundering scheme, as the address on their website (Unit 13 Moorside Maltings, Burton Row, Leeds LS11 5NX) has no registered company according to Companies House. Nor does this company anywhere on their website, display their VAT number which a company of this "prestige" should. I contacted a company close-by to their website address to be told that although they see the vans occasionally, the company operating out of Unit 13 was a groundworks company. Does that not seem a little strange to you?

Anyway, UKWindowClean - whoever owns this company, here is the low-down. I am not paying you anything, I have not once requested your services nor do I require your services and therefore have no contractual obligation to honour your invoice request for payment. Further attempts by your company, or it's employees/franchisees, to attend my property will be deemed as trespass and further action will be taken. You will have received my most recent email about this matter, I require you to provide proof of our contract within 7 working days. Failure to do so will result in me taking further action which may have serious legal implications.

On the whole the service is good. My windows are cleaned on a regular basis mostly without issue. Sometimes not all the windows are done at the back of the house, though the house isn’t a straightforward design so I can sort of see why.

Good service at affordable rate. Good communication of when they will attend and if there will be any delays.

Great service, and work carried out. Also quick to respond to amended schedule of cleans required. Would recommend.

Overall good service, and windows are suitably clean. The only downside is we don't know when the window cleaner is coming, so if we're out, they can't do the back (but at least they don't clamber over the fence like another company did once).

If this company damage any of your property or car you do not stand a chance of the company paying for it. Five months ago one of the company van drivers came out of a side road and hit my car while I was on the main road. On getting out of my car the driver was shouting at me even though it was his fault. He eventually said it was his fault and he didn't want it to go through his insurance. He said he would be in touch in a couple of days. A couple of weeks later as I had still not heard from him I got in touch with the company. Eventually they said it would go through the company insurance and they would be in touch shortly. I still haven't heard from them. I got a quote for the damage and sent this to them and the last 3 emails I sent to customer services have been ignored. MY CAR STILL HAS NOT BEEN FIXED.

I cannot believe the reply from customer services. Did you even read my review, because from your reply it does not sound that you did? I still have the email you sent me to say the damage would be paid on the companies insurance and that has certainly not happened.
