I purchased a Leg foot massager, from this company, we had an issue with the delivery address, however this was very quickly solved, I would recommended this company for excellent customer service, The massager is top notch piece off kit would definitely recommend

Having run my own company for over forty years I have rarely come across a company more dedicated to customer service, from initial phone call and conversation with Mo to booking an appointment for a massage chair tryout through to to our home delivery we can’t praise the friendliness and professionalism of Mo and his team enough. We would recommend VComfort to friends, family and anyone contemplating buying a massage chair. We are extremelymely pleased with our Primus 4D and feeling the benefits already after only a a couple of weeks.

I bought the ex demo T Rok chair. I've had it nearly a month now, and I can honestly say I use it every day and never want to get out of it. It's brilliant. The service is also great, from ordering the chair it was delivered 2 days later. The guys are really helpful & friendly, will definitely buy from them again if I upgrade.

Fantastic product and brilliant service. I recently brought a high end chair from them, the chairs are all excellent and it really boils down to one's budget and preferences. Mo is a really caring chap, they will really look after you. Much better option than buying from an 'Amazon based' seller - its a real world show room with support to match. Dont hesitate you won't regret it!

Very impressed with our Xavier massage chair. I was very apprehensive about purchasing a massage chair online but came across VComfort, I Spoke with Mo on the phone and he talked me through everything. Amazing customer service, fast delivery and a great chair.

Went to see the chairs in the viewing room. Able to nicely see the options and test the chairs. Bought the Dreamline online the following day, happy with it. Delivery was great, they took the sides off to fit it through the door, Happy it came with free installation!

Honestly Trok is the best chair you can get in this price. The rollers are just fit to my problem areas. So comfortable after sitting on this chair.

I upgraded my present chair. The new one is far beyond my expectations. The deal for part exchange was more than fair. It was delivered within 2 days of order. The staff are so helpful, friendly, professional whilst taking great care not to cause any damage to my property. I would trust them with practically anything. Fantastic massage chair. Brilliant value and excellent quality. Delivery was within a couple of days, much sooner than I expected. Unpacked and carried into my house and in place in a few minutes. I had a problem registering but was helped doing that for a 3 year warranty which an industry beating standard.

A couple of weeks ago (end of JULY 2024) we Ordered a T-ROK Massage Chair from VCOMFORT on their website.

We looked at several sellers online, but VCOMFORT were the only one that responded quickly to our questions. Also their range of massage chairs offer many features for the fantastic price and quality.

Our home being only 36 miles from their Birmingham store & showroom, VCOMFORT amazingly delivered our chair the very next day. The delivery team of Mr Khan and his 2 colleagues expertly and carefully installed our chair in our living room.
Mr Khan demonstrated the chair to us, and highlighted that we had 3 years warranty, and at any time could book a visit to VCOMFORT showroom and upgrade to another chair.

We have used our T-ROK chair for just over 3 weeks and as someone who as had several massages in Asia, this massage chair is in fact better than the real thing. You have many programs to choose from and can also set the chair to Zero Gravity. Focus on your problem by selecting what you want the chair to do and massage intensity.

Our chair also massages the bottoms of our feet and our legs.

I no longer have to suffer from lower back pain for days after working in the garden, a 20 minute session in our T-ROK chair and my pain disappears. We can't believe how effective the chair is in giving great massages. We both have a daily 20 minute session while connected with our smartphones to the chair's built in stereo speakers.

Fast and very professional! Highly recommended

Although hesitant to begin with we had no reason to be, we visited the showroom in Bham where there were plenty of options to try. We spent a good 1-1.5 hrs testing each chair & speaking the staff who were very knowledgeable. Mohsin the owner was very humble & was kind enough to really take care of us. We left having secured a great deal for a vcomfort chair which was delivered in perfect time with updates & fitted once arrived by the team. All in all, brilliant service would highly reccomend

The selection of chairs was impressive, but what stood out the most was the pricing, undoubtedly the best in the UK. Highly recommended
