More than happy with the entire process from sale to delivery and installation. Informative and helpful throughout. As for the massage chair, it is really great. Love the fact that the staff are not pushy for sales. Very knowledgeable and listen to you as a customer . Lots of communications in between ordering and delivering. And on the day of delivery a message...Well two messages with arrival time. Whilst the installed my chair there was no effort at all and told me to relax whilst they get on 😊😊😊.

My son is having treatment for leukaemia and he was kindly gifted a massage chair by a third party and Vcomfort. It’s been very helpful to him in relieving pain as it is heated and has compression function and allows him to rest and relax in recline position. This will help him throughout his long treatment. Vcomfort have been incredibly helpful and generous and good at communicating. We cannot recommend them more highly.

My Dad bought a massage chair. After it was delivered, he realised it was too small for him. So, I requested Vcomfort if they could exchange it for a larger massage chair.

Without any quibble, they delivered and installed the new massage chair and took away the smaller one. The process was professional and hassle free. Brilliant service. Great people to deal with. I would definitely recommend the product and company.

I had an amazing caring service from V Comfort Company, specially Mr Mohsen whom I was really touched by his kindness, as I wanted to visit their show room in Birmingham and try the different electric message chairs they got, as my timetable was tight, He came specially for me out of the visit schedule hours, which really impressed me.
On place I tried all the chairs as I wished, and He answered honestly every curious question I asked in details, He also guided me to the ones that suit my needs and helped me find the one that really satisfy all my wishes. On top of that he gave me a reasonable discount when I asked for.
Me as a dentist, looking after ergonomy (The science of workplace, tools, and equipment designed to reduce worker discomfort, strain, and fatigue and to prevent work-related injuries) I encourage every person to visit this company for trial, while being a Health Advocate in the community I wish this company all the best as their products help prevent and treat neck , back, feet and shoulders pain discomfort and stress in the community with simply laying in one of those message chairs.

I've had my Vcomfort Xavier chair now for a week. Absolutely brilliant, have used it daily and have noticed the difference in how I feel. Delivery only took a couple of days and Mohsin and his team delivered it to the room of my choice, set it all up and explained the working of it as well. Truly excellent 5* service, all packaging was taken away for me, came with a 3 year warranty as well. What more can you ask for. If you want great service and a truly perfect affordable chair then this is the company you should use.

We've just taken delivery of a Vcomfort Eggy. The guys that delivered were excellent, setting the chair up for us and giving us a brief guide. The chair is amazing, will help both of us enormously. A definite 5* experience.

What a brilliant company and piece of equipment. Delivery was effortless. The guys were so lovely and you can tell they really care. As for the chair itself I am VERY happy with it. We use it every day and I can definitely notice the difference. My knees feel tons better! Nothing has ever helped them like this before. We are relatively young too. My partner is in the trades so finds it very relaxing and beneficial after a hard day's work. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone.

Luckily came across Vcomfort while searching online, booked appointment and went to their showroom to try their different range of massaging chairs. Moh has been a great help and introduced all the model and was able to try few. My wife absolutely loved their feet & calf massager, so had to get that. As for the massaging chair we were confused between Tango(which I had in mind before visiting the showroom) & the new Xavier. I went back the next week to try the chairs again & finally decided to go with the Xavier itself. Even though it was higher than my budget, the massaging experience of Xavier was perfect for me. They promised the delivery within 1 week & was delivered as promised. We absolutely love Xavier and is using it on a daily basis. Perfect to relax especially after work. 100% satisfied with the customer service from Vcomfort.

Outstanding premium Massage chair: I visited Vcomfort Birmingham based showroom and ordered their premium range chair iSupreme 4d massage chair. I was pleasantly surprised to be offered free delivery and installation, bearing in mind that I Live in London. The delivery guys removed the sides and reassembled them, and managed to get the massage chair through the doors. Once they reassembled the massage chair, they took the time to provide a comprehensive and detailed demonstration. It's worth spending on well being, and I am happy to choose this company.
