Poor company didnt turn up. No communication either!!!

Lauren came visited looked at the problem of mice and a possible rat, we had already caught 15 to 20, was due to revisit but was ill but happy to attend but knowing son is immune deficent asked if i wanted to wait till following week and knowing nothing was in the traps was happy to leave it another week unfortunately she was still not better and offered another operative to come which i was happy with, there had only been one mouse they caught so maybe having caught so many prior to thier arrival, hoping problem was solved as no evidence of anything further and as advised covered all air bricks and any gaps in the brickwork.Lauren was on time kept me fully imformed and was friendly and efficent. This is the Hull area.

For some reason the military choose to use Vergo as their pest contractor. Appointments are always made but NEVER attended.

Since moving into our house in 2016 we have had an intermittent problem with rats in our attic. Numerous pest guys come round, health and safety and even had our drains check by a professional company - none of them could find where they were getting in. Then Adam from Vergo come round and found where they were getting in within half hour. A small hole underneath our toilet waste pipe in the main drain. Can't thank him enough for finally solving this problem

Sally from Vergo contacted very quickly after my Insurance company instructed them that I had a vermin issue, on arrival, she was very professional and quickly found the root of the problem. On each of her 3 visits she was very thorough, and also advised me on how to make good issues where the vermin were finding their entry way into my bungalow. Obviously any pests in ones home is upsetting, but whilst she remained totally professional at all times, she is also a very caring person and put my mind at rest, within minutes of her arrival.
She worked quickly and cleanly, and I honestly believe she's a credit to her employer

Sally tomlinson came to my house as I had a rat under the bath. She checked inside and outside to see were they could possibly be coming in. She was very polite and never made a mess and advised me were they could possibly coming in. I would recommend Sally to anyone who has a pest problem.

I manage a residential home and we have been having Rat problems for the past 12 months unfortunately. We have had many people here to try and resolve our problems without success. In the past 4 weeks we have had Mark here to look at how we could resolve this. Now in the past 2 weeks we have had no report of anyone hearing any scratches or and dead rats and hopefully our issues have now been resolved due to our very excellent Pest controller Mark Donaguy who has found many entrances for the rats and has blocked these. i would recommend this person to any home with issues like this. I had a man called Cecil out last week and he was with me within 2 days I was completely by myself due to mice in my house and he was the most helpful patient nice man and so professional . When he left I was feeling so much easier as he had put boxes and stuff down

The lad was called Andrew Patton he was very good at explaining what was required and what was needed to solve the issue. Very professional and came across very well. Couple of visits and all was resolved. Great job

We have had an going rat problem in our house for 6yrs which has caused a huge amount of stress. We have used several pest control companies none have been able to solve the issue. Chris attended today and was the most thorough pest controller I have seen. Time will tell if he can fix our issue but I am more hopeful than when we have used other companies

We have been using Vergo since our Chip shop opened 3 years ago. The guy who usually comes and does the inspections Chris Matthews, is very friendly and professional so as a result i would definitely recommend this company for any pest problems.

Chris matthews is the guy with the knowledge, managing our site monthly now to restock and monitor.
Great guy to deal with.

Paul went above and beyond when i had little fury friends. He explained everything to me and even showed time and patients to my son who has special needs and never speaks to anyone he doesnt know. He visited on 3 occassions and from start to finish was outstanding and im so greatful for this again thank you so much from the leuchars family
