Chris Matthew’s has been great! Really lovely guy and extremely thorough! Vergo as a whole have all been incredible and all so so lovely!

Keith and Chris have gone completely beyond what service we should have had with our issues. Keith is there every other day, always laughing, joking and has almost became part of the team.
Chris has dealt with everything in his path with calm, organised precision.
I don't want pests, but if i do, I want these two dealing with them.

Had keith and Chris on a job helping us at work cant fault them two sounds blokes can tell they cared about getting the job sorted !

Chris Robson is Very thorough and keeps us well informed of what’s going on. Friendly and always professional 10/10

Avoid at all costs!!

The influx in 5 star reviews is extremely questionable, especially after the amount of 1 star reviews they received since killing our pet dog Ruby!! This was done through sheer negligence by the irresponsible use of rat poison. Not only have they killed our best friend, they left us with a £40k vet bill and have taken zero accountability what so ever!!

I would say though, the amount of 5 star reviews for Chris Mathews is that unbelievable it seems too good to be true… there’s a question, are these reviews even genuine?

The pattern of reviews for this company is suspicious. They have all been worded in the same manner… I wonder if TrustPilot will actually look into this.

And no doubt Vergo will get this review removed like they did my other one which was based on my own experience with the company.

Everytime Chris visits our store he's always helpful, polite.
He shows good communication with all staff, describing the work he's been carrying out whilst he's been conducting visits at our site.

Chris Matthews has been spending time with the maintenance team at Devon Cliffs on reducing our rat population. This will be a long winter project but we are already starting to see signs in a reduction in our rat population

Chris came out and sorted out my rat problem he was professional and competent . He came out 3 times and fully sorted out the problem. The rats had got in through a hole left by the builder and were in my kitchen extension. I felt confident that he knew what he was doing and showed compassion and understanding. I would rate Chris with 5 stars but the communication from the company was shocking. The original operative failed to attend an appointment and was off sick, nobody contacted me to explain that he wasn't coming when I rang at 5pm I was told and received an apology. Chris came out first thing the next day.

Chris is outstanding will be gutted when he leaves. He always does a great job and great customer service.

We had a problem with wasps.
Came out and sorted the problem. He found the nest and put things in place to get rid of the wasps and the nest.
Adam was very friendly and talked us through everything he was doing.

Chris Matthews is always a pleasure to deal with and we've never had any problems on site.

Thomas Sherratt has been servicing our food factory for 8 months and has always been thorough and very helpful.

Stephen Cassera is a great contractor. Knows exactly what he’s doing, very thorough and efficient at his job. Never had any problems with him. Overall excellent contractor and definitely recommend!

Thomas Skerratt is an exceptional Vergo worker! He came in a couple hours after I reported my fly issue and gave me the best advice I could receive on them! He’s also so knowledgeable and so easy to talk too. I never feel like I’m asking the wrong questions when it comes to him and my issues! Love having him as my pest guy! Couldn’t ask for a better man!
