We have a big site, but as soon as it was Mark's "patch" he jumped straight in. He deals with every issue with immediacy and care, considering the needs of the business and also dealing with any customers he comes across with his friendly, positive and can-do attitude.

We have rats in our loft and we were thankfully covered on our insurance policy. Our technician Owen Martin has been absolutely amazing and is doing everything he can to outwit our little visitors!! He has given practical advice on how we can fill up entry and exit holes under our roof, et cetera. He comes regularly every week and shows absolute determination in ridding us of our unwanted pests! We had absolutely no idea how complicated and sometimes difficult it is to capture these creatures as they are so clever - Owen has tracked their movements and has set up a series of traps and tunnels. Poison is not an option for us as we have dogs and a visiting grandchild so it will take time before we can draw a line under this but he wants to ensure that the extermination is safe. He is a genuinely nice man, extremely good at explaining everything to us and a real asset to the company.

Mark arrived first thing, dealt with the issue immediately, was professional and efficient throughout and all with a great sense of humour...thanks Mark..☺️

I strongly advise against using Vergo Pest Control due to their negligence, which led to the tragic death of a beloved 3-year-old dog. Their careless practices resulted in a devastating situation for a family now facing an extremely high vet bill!!! This incident highlights a serious lack of responsibility and care for their clients’ pets. If you value the safety of your animals, it’s best to seek out more reliable pest control options.

I had mice. I was really stressed. Along came Colin..all the stress disappeared. He was always on time. Always professional and helpful. Explained what was happening. Blocked access from both the around pipes and garage doors. He went above and beyond to make sure I was mice free. Five star treatment from a gold star guy. Thank you Colin.

I am deeply disappointed with the service my family received from Vergo Pest Control. Unfortunately, during a recent treatment at my parent's home, a tragic incident occurred that resulted in the death of my sister's 3 year old dog due improper handling of toxic materials.
If you have animals or vulnerable family members, I strongly advise you against using this company. As well as the total devastation caused by this company, despite reaching out to the company multiple times, they refused to offer any apology or accept responsibility for the incident. They infact advised for us to take civil action against their now ex-employee!!! And have left my sister with an extremely high vet bill as if she has not been through enough!

Matt Hunt was amazing he caught the rat and shot it. I was amazed at the quick professional service. Left traps and came back to check and thankfully no more rat in my kitchen. Was very educated and up to date on pest control. Something the local council pest control need to learn from as they were rubbish and didn’t care. Matt showed compassion and understanding to how scared and upset we was to see a rat in our house. He showed great skill and knowledge on all visits. I would highly recommend Virgo pest control.

Excellent service. Given what was told was a one day job through a third party for what was a huge three day job. The guys were excellent and worked tirelessly. Polite and friendly throughout. Couldn’t have asked for more from the Dodge and his team.
