I called to report 2 nasty brown leaks coming through my lounge ceiling. The upstairs neighbour obviously has leeks. I was told they have to ring in. I was not even given an appointment to inspect the damage to my ceiling

mains water leak
We recently had a mains water leak from the inlet water pipe. We were very pleased when the plumber arrived and quickly turned off the water at the mains out in the road. The plumber then quickly repaired the leak. The plumber was called Jergen and and I can honestly say he is an asset to Vivid.

Most colleagues are nice and polite
Most colleagues are nice and polite. Problems are fixed in a reasonable manner. Only issue is an unhygienic bathroom they refuse to change.

Very badly let down
I was given 2 dates Today (09 Oct 2026 in the afternoon) and tomorrow (10 Oct 2026), but the workers did not turn up so the work was not carried out, even though I got a txt msg to say they were on their way, hence my low rating
