Easy to use, fast delivery works perfectly so far

Happy with our Vortexair but it took a while to receive a respond from you to a message I had sent some weeks before about my guarantee.

I like the style of fan. It is noisier than i expected, but moved air around. I wish I had bought the one with tilting top, but they were out of stock. In summary it wasnt as impressive as it sounded

Now have 4 vortex machines. Love them, very effective, whether cooling or heating

My Vortex Air Pro fan is great. Provides a comfortable breeze when it is hot and warms very efficiently when it is cooler. Good product that was worth the initial wait for despatch due to high demand.

Although It was no fault of your own, but it was the hot weather we were getting back in July I didn't get the fan until the middle of August which in Scotland is nearly winter time. It is now September and it's cold so the heat on the fan is nice. Once we get our summer back at the start of July 2027 to the end of July 2027 if it lasts that long I will let you know how the cold air will be. Thanks

The fans made a huge difference during those heat wave nights, bedroom and sleeping felt cooler than the +32C

I was disappointed by the lack of customer communication, while I appreciate the sheer number of items people ordered there could have been a more regular update instead of nothing.

(Small portable Air Conditioner). After making the order on line. The delivery was made very promptly, and the item arrived on time. It was well packaged and arrived in very good condition. It has been working very well, and we are very pleased with it.

I had an issue in the beginning but it was resolved quickly and love my dehumidifier.

When I ordered my fan I knew I was going to be away on the delivery date so asked if it could be delayed a week which they did for me, that’s good service. Lovely very quiet cooling fan and now I’m now waiting for the chilly weather to see how it works as a heater. All in all very p,eased with my purchase so far.
