Great service
When I ordered my fan I knew I was going to be away on the delivery date so asked if it could be delayed a week which they did for me, that’s good service. Lovely very quiet cooling fan and now I’m now waiting for the chilly weather to see how it works as a heater. All in all very p,eased with my purchase so far.

Well worth the wait.
Took a little longer to receive the product, which it appears to have been caused by higher than expected order levels. But once it was delivered we have been very happy with the fan. It does everything expected of it and came at a great price.

Great Product
We bought Two Vortex Air. One for our dogs, and one for the bedroom, both worked brilliantly, and did its job of cooling everything down in the stiffeling heat we had in the summer. I know it heats as well but reluctant to try that feature, only because i was badly stung by an eletric company 30 years ago for portable heaters i used, THIS IS NOT THE SAME HEATERS OR COMPANY, i'm just scared to try.

I am very pleased with my vortex fan brilliant that in extreme heat kept me cool in bed also I can use with heat when the cold nights come I now have two one for bedroom and one for my living room I recommend that you get them well worth the money

Superb appliance
Fast response, easy to order and came out tops in reviews. Also with British weather it was sensible to buy a combined heater/cooling appliance. Looks good in my room. Would certainly buy again if needed.
