I expected the sitting hyperbaric chamber to feel flimsy but it is sturdy and well made. Getting in and out is easy. The compressor runs quietly and the pressure builds quickly and evenly.

Solid Investment for My Recovery Routine

I've baught the the large ice bath for about 3 months now, and I would say that a pretty decent investment for me and happy with that purchase. Massively impacted my recovery routine. The product reached in good condition as i've expected. The chiller is cooling well and saves me the hassle of buying bags of ice. It reached on time in 5 days.

I have had issues with my pump 3…

I have had issues with my pump 3 different times now. Over it to be honest. Each time they have gotten my address wrong even though I asked (3 times prior most recently) to be sure to change it and they assured me yet no surprise they didnt. When its actually working its great. The customer service sucks and you’ll only get one response a day when trouble shooting. It has been frustrating to say the least. I have the 1-1/2 hp and to pay $2k + is pretty disappointing. Have had it since January. Its prolly worked for MAYBE half of the time since I have to keep getting parts to fix it

I spent $1800 on a chiller and have had…

I spent $1800 on a chiller and have had it a year. It was great for about 8 months. In the last four, I have had to trouble shoot issues with I assume China due to the time difference and only by email with ME completing all the diagnostics. I fixed it the first time after troubleshooting. The case has a ton of screws to disassemble to get into the machine. Now, I'm having issues again as it won't chill below 60 degrees. I will never purchase again. I agree they always get back to me but it is on their time zone and only by email and I don't want to repair this thing myself all the time. It has been in my garage and sheltered the entire ownership.

Buyer beware, false advertising

Firstly, "Warrior Willpower" is not the name of this company. The legal business entity behind this is not clearly presented on the site, without a matching business address for [whatever the name of] that entity. In my opinion from this experience, that alone is a big red flag that should lead you to not risk doing business here, particularly for items costing thousands of dollars. I sent an email requesting this info and they continued to withhold it in their response. This is not what safe, reputable businesses do.

I purchased their top-of-the-line 1.5 HP Wi-Fi chiller in May of '24, persuaded by the company's marketing claims on the website of a supposedly uniquely high-quality "military grade" product, that is "all-weather resilient," with "all-weather cooling," explicitly claiming you can "freely use it outside and don't have to cover it," and that due to this unique build quality you'll enjoy "long lasting durability in any environment" In short, these claims turned out to be blatant lies about their product. If you use it as they explicitly claimed, they later inform you post-purchase that it will fail and be damaged beyond repair.

The first 6 months, the chiller itself worked fine (other than being surprisingly loud and the Wi-Fi aspect never working). Out of nowhere, "James" from the company emailed me in December of '24 saying I must bring it inside out from potentially freezing temperatures (in Massachusetts) or the unit would become damaged from simply operating normally outside in the cold. It appeared that this message to me was prompted by other similar complaints. Naturally, I was furious. This is exactly what I bought it for: year-round outdoor use, as is the only setup suitable for my home. I unplugged and stored it indoors until the late spring when the overnight temp would no longer reach sub-32 degrees, missing about 5 months of daily use I purchased this for. I have perpetual and often severe joint pain. This was to be a new daily health regimen...not a sometimes, significantly limited-use chiller. I would not have purchased this chiller but for the company's false claims.

Once turned back on, it leaked everywhere. The pump had burst. From two months in a relatively mild late fall, early winter in the northeast.

They have since acknowledged via email that they know the language is misleading, yet over 7 months later they've still not removed those claims from the website, which to me indicates an ongoing intent to deceive potential customers.

I, and anyone else who has purchased this unit under these false pretenses, are victims of fraudulent inducement. I am resolved to make sure the company is held accountable for this conduct and help others avoid being similarly harmed. DO NOT PURCHASE

DO NOT PURCHASE. I was sent a hyperbaric chamber that does not work. Warrior Willpower customer service is AWFUL. They cannot be reached by phone, only by email. As a response to my complaint that the oxygen doesn't work, they sent me a video (set to music, no instructions) showing a technician taking apart the entire system? What? I bought a new product that doesn't work and they want me to take it apart and fix it? Without actual instructions? They then asked me to send them a video of the issue---the oxygen doesn't pump into the chamber and they want to see a video of oxygen not flowing? AND BONUS: They want me to pay $2000 to return their defective product. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered the product on July 18

I ordered the product on July 18, 2025. Their confirmation email said the product ships with 2-6 business days, but after almost 2 weeks, status on their website says, 'order ready'. They provide a USPS tracking number that USPS doesn't understand.

I emailed two days ago for a status and also submitted an inquiry via the form on their website. There's been no reply.

I doubt any of the 5 star reviews are real. There is no customer service phone number to call. There's a number for SMS only. It feels like this is a scam.

I've had my Spartan Warrior Willpower almost 2 years


   I've had my Spartan Warrior Willpower ice bath since October 2023, so almost 2 years now.  I've had extensive experience with the machine and also the white ice barrel.  I opted out for the 1HP Wi-Fi version.  My decision process was based on a few factors.  One, I knew I would be using the cold plunge every day or at least every day, so I wanted something I could remote start from work and it would chill in a quick time frame.  So I went with the 1HP Wi-Fi version.  I work as a nurse in a hospital, and I’m on my feet all day (12 plus hours, 3-4 times a week).  I tend to have a lot of swelling from work, and my plunges are essential to feeling 110%.  The Spartan Warrior Willpower has done wonders for work-related inflammation and has helped tremendously for taking the edge off any aches and pains in between my 12-hour shifts.   I also lift weights 5 times a week (power-bodybuilder), and the ice bath has helped speed up my recovery time from my extensive workouts a lot faster.  Since my recovery is quicker from my workouts, I feel a lot more confident going into the next workout.  I started to cold plunge at my brother's house before this purchase, and that's how I was exposed to cold plunging.  My brother's setup was a pretty simple set up that required lots of bags of ice.  Now I can cold plunge whenever I want to and not rely on filling my ice bath with expensive ice bags.  The Spartan ice bath is so much more convenient, it blows me away.  I love how I can turn it on and off from my iPhone and set a timer to turn on and off.  On my days off, when I want to plunge when waking up, I can set the chiller to turn on a few hours before I wake up, which is plenty of time to cool the water to my temperature. The chiller is not loud at all.  Sounds like a medium-sized fan when running.  Among other benefits of cold plunging, I have a lot more energy, and my quality of sleep has improved.  I usually plunge anywhere from 41-46 degrees Fahrenheit and stay in the barrel for 5-15 mins at a time, depending on the temperature.  I also have an Apple tag inside my chiller in case someone thinks they can steal it and get away with it.  It does weigh almost 100 lbs, but it's an investment, so I want to protect it.  I live in North Carolina, and with the heat and humidity, my chiller can still chill quickly outside.

     The large white ice barrel has been a huge leap forward in my cold plunge journey.  It's a lot bigger than the small inflatable tubs you see on social media.  I can stretch out finally during my ice therapy sessions.  It's also durable and doesn't flex like other tubs I have had in the past.  I've had zero issues with the white ice barrel, and I've had the barrel 11 months now.  Again, I plunge 4 times a week. The barrel lid that comes with the barrel helps keep the water cool and keeps the dirt out.   As you can see from the pictures, I wrapped the tub with 2x insulation wrap, giving it an R-Value of 32, which is huge.  I wrapped the barrel with 2x 5mm of heavy-duty reflective insulation. I also found a cover for the barrel lid that I can pull over onto when I'm done with each session. ( The lid cover was found on Amazon, and insulation was ordered from the company called SealTech.)  The water stays around 15 degrees Fahrenheit cooler with the insulation wrap than the ambient temperature (my ice plunge set up is outside).   I tested how well it keeps cool without the wrap and with it during the same day.  It definitely helps because I live in North Carolina, and we have the hottest and humid months in the summer.  I also wrapped the inlet and outlet tubes and even the filter canister with insulation. Probably overkill, but it all helps during the summertime.  I love my chiller/heater 1HP Wi-Fi machine, and I love the ice barrel from Spartan Warrior Willpower.  I've had nothing but good experiences with both, and the company's customer service is also great.  They are available 24/7, which is awesome.  I've had simple questions and complex ones where they have answered in a timely manner for me.  They really go out of their way to help.  I enjoy cold plunging so much, and I'm so glad to have a company who made an excellent chiller and tub for my cold-water therapy sessions 🙂

Had my cold plunge for a year now

Had my cold plunge for a year now. I love it. Use it everyday. My original chiller was the .5 HP chiller. Worked great. I'm in South Florida. I switch to 1 HP chiller only because of the app. I can set my chiller and it's turns on/off when I desire. 1 HP is awesome.

My real positive review is their promise on their warrantee. After 10 months, my tub started to deflate. After some troubleshooting with their help, it was determined a new tub was warranted. The company stuck by their promise of their warrantee. Mailing of item took 1 week, and my new replacement tub is operational with zero cost. THEY BACK UP THEIR WARRANTEE!!!

Also, communication never an issue. They respond whether email or text in a timely manner.

In an e-commerce world where you only buy products via Amazon, Warrior Willpower has demonstrated that they are a reputable company that values customer service and commitment.

Troubles with my 0.5HP Chiller Fixed

Had troubles with my 0.5HP Chiller at the 8 month mark of ownership. James and Team at Warrior helped me troubleshoot it, as if right with me, on my shoulder. Sent me a new pump and eventually replaced my unit by diverting a shipment from another West Coast of N.A. destination. I'm now back up and running. Great product and customer service.

Customer service has been great. Initially bought in the end of 2023 and had an issue with the chiller but they were able to fix the issue and were very understanding. They have been super responsive and helpful to subsequent emails. The chiller is great and is easy to use. Definitely worth it. This review is overdue but can't stress how happy I am with choosing to go with them.

Bread new pump leaks!

Brand new out of the box and the pump leaks. Company sent videos for ME to fix which did not fix the leak. Each time I have to send them a video of the leak. I told them I wanted a full refund. They gave me a $100 refund and sent me a part to have ME try to fix again. The pump still leaks after that. So now I am going on 4 weeks since received an over $2000 broken item with no resolution. I reached out again for a full refund and am waiting to hear back.
Update 2/18/2025 Company agreed to refund minus $850 for ice bath as that is not refundable due to their refund policy. Will update when I receive the refund for the ice chiller

I recommend to anyone interested in this product/company thoroughly review their return policy prior to purchasing. There is no 60 day risk free trial as stated on the website

Have bought multiple products with Warrior Will Power now & have had good experiences. One product experienced deflating due to factory defaults but the company corrected it and sent me a new one. Great experience overall!

I am glad I bought the Warrior Willpower cold plunge!

I found out about Warrior willpower cold plunge chiller and portable bathtub in Dec 2024. I was looking at multiple options for a few days straight and decided to go with them because they offered a warranty, it’s portable, and fast shipping! I also plan on going to a different state for a couple months and am not able to bring a full size cold plunge with me so this was perfect

At first it seemed complicated to put together but once I watched the video tutorial provided in the manual it was pretty easy

It was a very fair price compared to my cold plunge tub and I am glad I pulled the trigger.

Exceptional customer service after the sale

I purchased a 1.5 HP unit in June 2024. First, the unit has met my expectations and is high quality. Since, I have had 3 inquiries that required customer support assistance. I have found the Warrior staff exceptionally responsive, always prompt to provide directional guidance to resolve. For instance, at purchase one of my assembly pieces had fowled threads. Within days, they had sent me replacement parts with no questions asked. Great customer service!
