i updated again my review from 1 star to 4 star
i ordered a TAG on March 7th

since March 7th there was no record online about my order but today, I got an email that my watch is out of delivery! (I was super surprised, did not expect that at all after my first order of TAG took about 2 months to get it!

So, it took total 13 days to receive my watch

Very satisfied with the watch
well packed, all cards and tags in there
Looked up the warranty and the warranty started last month.

Good Value for the price and I am very happy with the product
(Definitely I will go check the authenticity with an authorized dealer)

If I could give this company a minus review score I would. As per other reviews, the watch has never been received! I’ve emailed them 3 times now and they don’t respond. I tried to call and the line just goes dead. I paid for tracking and it tells me the page doesn’t exist. I tried to track my order on their website and it says my order doesn’t exist! This company is a total SCAM! Purchased for my partners 50th birthday present and he never received one sadly. I’ll be contacting the bank to try and retrieve my money and will be reporting them.

Theses people need shutting down asap. Steer well away.

Don’t buy! I bought 3 tag Heuer watches and they are all fake. One doesn’t work and they all came with counterfeit boxes. I’ve tried contacting them and they just go around in circles till they ignore you. Very disappointing

Absolutely disgusting customer service!
I ordered a watch it was delivered broken, contacted more than 10x over this and got the same response worded differently each time!

ordered the watch on the 12th of february so to make sure it would definitely be here for my boyfriends birthday for 2nd of march. It’s now the 14th of March, over a month. I went to track my parcel 3 weeks ago and tracking was unavailable so I tried to email them, no reply back, very very poor customer service. I wish i checked the reviews before ordering from this website.

SCAMMERS. I too bought a watch in February and now they say they can't find the order. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Glad to see Trustpilot are on to this company for fake reviews. I reviewed them last year but was removed. In my opinion they are a terrible organisation to deal with and should be banned from trading

SCAM alert this company is big scam don’t buy anything from here..

I bought a watch worth £487 on 8th February 2026. And now they are saying that they can’t find my order.

Contacting them isn’t possible.

Ordered on the 1th june. Not been dispatched. Tried to email no reply. Seems like a scam.

Currently going through my bank to get my money back.

My daughter bought me an Armani watch for Christmas. Within a couple of months the hands were jerking all over the place indicating a faulty movement. I attempted to contact Watchlyx about a return and replacement and was repeatedly given dummy address details and links that were not working. We were left with no option but to initiate a chargeback with my daughters bank. do not recommend buying from this company.

Do not order anything from watchlyx they are scammers and they'll take your money and block you! Save yourself time,money and stress and order from a reputable company instead

If I could mark zero I would. Company is a complete scam. They have a returned watch now for over 1 month. Stopped replying to emails and have stolen £450. Scam company run by criminals

Same old story, ordered a watch December, apparently lost in transit, requested a refund, apparently they are looking into it and escalating it to see what the status is blah blah blah you then don't hear from them again unless you initiate contact and then you get the same rubbish but never any refund. Reported !!!!

Ref my Order 20706, there seems to be a conman theme on every review, lack of communication, fake watches etc etc, personally I would just like my promised refund back after having returned the watch nearly 2 months ago. I'll gladly respond positively, should I ever finally receive the refund. Despite numerous emails explaining my predicament it all seems meaningless to these people. Hope customers do read these reviews because this is the worst company

This company appears to be a scam and I strongly advise people to be extremely careful.

I ordered a Michael Kors watch from their website, but the item I received looked completely fake and very low quality. It was clearly not an authentic product. I also paid £15 for next-day delivery, but the package only arrived about a month later.

After receiving the item, I returned the watch immediately. However, the company has still not refunded my money. I have emailed them several times asking for a refund, but they keep replying that the case is “being investigated” and no refund has been issued.

Another major concern is that the company claims to have an address in central London, but it appears to be fake. The UK phone number listed on their website also does not work, and it is impossible to reach customer service by phone.

Because of this situation, I have now had to contact my bank to try to recover my money.

This company is highly suspicious and shows many signs of being fraudulent. Please be extremely careful and report this company if you have had a similar experience.

I purchased a watch from this company for the second time through their website. The first time, everything went smoothly — my order arrived on time and I had no issues at all.
Unfortunately, this second experience has been completely different. I paid extra (£15) for delivery, only for my money to seemingly disappear. Their website is no longer working properly, my order number suddenly “doesn’t exist,” and I have received absolutely no response to my emails since last Friday — despite their claim of a 24-hour response time. How many days does it take to respond within 24 hours?
At this point, I have no watch, no refund, and no communication. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially as a returning customer who previously had a positive experience.
I will not be ordering from this company again. I only returned because my first order went well, but this experience has completely changed my view. I would rather pay more and shop elsewhere than risk dealing with this again. Lesson learned. Avoid. SCAMMERS!
